Tomi's clean vocals sound stressed and out of place, but not detracting from the album. The album never seems to get old. The more you listen, the more you like it!Amorphis ElegyAmorphis' crowning achievement. The perfect blend of Finnish death metal and folk. Pasi Kosinken really lights up this album and Tomi Kouvissaris' gutteral vocals really contribute to the feel of the album. The subltle use of keyboards and other non traditional instrumentation add a nice touch of ambiance without overpowering, unlike some of thier later albums. The album is finished off with a mellow, acoustic, version of My Kantele.Faith No More Angel DustIron Maiden PowerslaveIron Maiden, the kings of the NWOBHM show what they are really made of. From Aces High to the 14 minute Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner.
