5.0 classic
Jeff Buckley Grace
When my ears first got a taste of Jeff Buckley, they wanted more. Much more. But unfortunately, all they could get was EPs and live stuff because, sadly, Mr. Buckley had a very untimely death that angers me to this day. It is sort of a mystery really though. Grace is a perfect album. It's everything that is good about acoustic alternative rock summed up on a single disc. Of all of the acoustic alternative rock artists there are, Jeff is the best. It's a shame that he died. A shame. He had so much potential left in him. He could have made an album that would surpass Grace. But he had to go off and drown. Yes, this is fanboyish, but I do not care at all. 5/5, full marks, I love this album with all of my heart. I'd hate to let it go.
Jeff Buckley Grace (Legacy Edition)
Just take Grace, a classic record, and multiply the excellence level of that record by some large number. You have the Legacy Edition.
Led Zeppelin Led Zeppelin [DVD]
This DVD release is truly, truly worthy of full mark status. Of Led Zeppelin's individual releases, their 1975 beast of a double album is my personal favorite. Yet DVD is getting full marks. Many people find live Led Zeppelin to be tedious, boring, long, pretentious, and down-right terrible, but those people are most likely talking about the snooze-fest The Song Remains The Same, which itself was not terrible. DVD has hours of material, and it contains footage from all of the band's most famous concert, excluding the Madison Square Garden 1973 show, for obvious reasons I presume. In conclusion, DVD remains a favorite of mine as far as concert visual recordings go. Full marks for sure.
The Beatles Revolver
This soundoff is truly pointless, but who cares? This, as well as Abbey Road, are two albums that take what was good about The Beatles and put it on one disc.
The Beatles Abbey Road
Personally, it is my favorite Beatles album. It's an epic masterpiece sporting all sorts of genres in the mix. Songs that flow together as essentially one track is one of the feats The Beatles accomplished, as well as there actually being a Ringo Starr drum solo in the mix.
The Smiths The Queen Is Dead
Weezer Pinkerton

The 1990's were a great time. First of all, we had Beavis And Butt-Head, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren And Stimpy, Spider-Man, and all sorts of other cool shows to watch. But most of all, there was (mostly) great music around at the time. Nirvana's In Utero, Jeff Buckley's Grace, Alice In Chains' Dirt, Elliott Smith's self-titled, and more. What do you notice about the aforementioned bands? They each have a member, or are, dead. Kurt Cobain, Jeff Buckley, Elliott Smith, and Layne Staley are dead. And as far as I am concerned, Rivers Cuomo in Weezer is dead as well, because let's face it, all good things die/get cancelled by Viacom, and Weezer was a good thing in the 90's. Pinkerton is the band's masterpiece. It will make you laugh, and it shan't hesitate to make you weep at its excellence. It is for sure one of the most enjoyable and easy to get into records ever recorded. So, I give Pinkerton a 5/5, and I would have given it the same even on first listening.

One of the finest albums of the 90's, and this is easily industrial's finest moment. People just don't know how talented Trent Reznor is, man. He drums, he sings, he does guitar, he does bass, and he records. I couldn't do that. This is Nine Inch Nails, or Trent Reznor's best album, so give it a listen.
Nirvana In Utero
Opeth Still Life
WOAH WOAH WOAH can you say "musical excellence"? Because you're gonna say when you hear this album. First of all, the cover art's sweet. And second of all, the lyrics are great. It's a concept album, and these usually take a long time for me to get into, but not this. Third, the musicianship. Superb, to say the least. So yeah, this album is incredible. Opeth's best, fo sho.
Opeth Blackwater Park
May as well just copy my sound-off for Still Life and paste it here. While Still Life is the Opeth album of choice for me, this one is just as great. A few boring moments are spread apart on the album, but like I said, there are only a few. This isn't "omg these guys are geniuses becuz they think outta the box". This is just some guys making great metal, and that's all that matters.

WOULDN'T IT BE NICE IF WE WERE OLDER, THEN WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG. How can you not enjoy Pet Sounds, one of the most important albums ever released? It is a classic in every way possible, and it always makes me feel better when I'm down. Why not full marks? Because the album just isn't flawless. There is something holding me back from giving it full marks. I am not sure what it is though. Either way, I dig it. IMMENSELY. Now I better stop tryping before my carpel tunnel kicks in.

Boston Boston
Undeniably enjoyable...at some parts. Although many parts of Boston's debut, Boston are not that great at all. The album shines on tracks such as Hitch A Ride, Peace Of Mind, and of course, the great More Than A Feeling, but overall, there are plenty of mediocre tracks. Songs like Smokin' and Something About You are just plain bad, and Let Me Take You Home Tonight is not exactly that good of a track. The instrumentation is decent, and while some solos are legendary, some of the guitar work and such is just mediocre. Overall, a decent album thats goods fun.

Van Halen Van Halen
Van Halen is full of flavor, heavy riffs, and such. However, it's basically downhill after Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love. The first four tracks are mindblowing classic hard rock songs. Then, I'm The One is pretty average. But Jamie's Cryin' is great. But Atomic Punk sucks. And Feel Your Love Tonight and Little Dreamer are just average. However, Ice Cream Man and On Fire are great. So yeah, the off-and-on, great song-crap-average-great song formula sort of ruins it. But hey, it is good mostly.

Metallica Metallica
In the beginning, Metallica were always improving on things. Kill 'Em All was a solid effort, but nothing too excellent, and then the great Ride The Lightning came along and blew it away. And of course, my favorite Metallica album, Master Of Puppets, blew everything that came before(and after) it right out of the water. As you know, Cliff Burton was killed, and I am not sure if this is what destroyed Metallica, but ...And Justice For All was a bloated and mediocre album. I was hoping for The Black Album, which is actually known as Metallica, to be a good listen. I was sadly mistaken. Many of the tracks are boring, and some are flat-out terrible. There are a few heavy hitters and cool parts(Enter Sandman, the solo in Unforgiven), but other than that, Black provides not much fun at all.

Weezer Maladroit
Ah, Maladroit. Weezer are sticking with their formula. Their first album was very good, and Pinkerton is one of my favorite albums of all-time. The Green Album was good and all, but it had its share of lackluster moments. Maladroit however, has more. It's an average album. It's got plenty of good stuff, but it has an equal amount of bad. Some songs are just dumb, but others are decent songs that I can listen to. But this is no classic.

Ashlee Simpson I Am Me
One night, I decided to download some modern pop albums. Not to my surprise, plenty of them were decent. But there was a fair share of material that sucked, and hard too. Ashlee Simpson's I Am Me is terrible. It's pop garbage all the way through, and it's clear that Ashlee WANTS to be some pop icon for little preteen girls, but at this rate, she's simply failing. Sure, "Boyfriend" is catchy, but most of the other stuff is simply terrible. There may be certain moments of some songs that are good, but these moments come few and far between.
Def Leppard Hysteria
Hysteria. Number 472 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums Of All-Time list. It's supposed to be the best glam album ever. It's supposed to be wonderful. Well, you know what? It may supposed to be a lot of things, but for one sole reason: It was a hit. Hysteria is not metal, it's not even hard rock. It's just pop rock really. Women and Rocket kick off the album to an average start, but then we get Animal, which is one of my least favorite songs of the 80's. And then we're treated with more and more garbage. Wait, isn't Pour Some Sugar On Me supposed to rock? Well, guess what. It doesn't! It's just annoying pop. To be truthful, the only good song is Armageddon It, and that song is too long to genuinely enjoy. So yeah, Hysteria is a terrible album.

Eminem Encore
Oh come on. This is like the Coda of Eminem's discography, and even that is better than this. In 2000, Eminem was cool. He was huge. But then, The Eminem Show came, and it was decent. There were still hopes for him to make an awesome album. But what we got was Encore. It's utter garbage. Just look at the track listing. "Big Weenie"? Screw this.

Weezer Make Believe
Ah, Weezer. The Blue Album was quite an enjoyable record. Pinkerton, its follow-up, is one of the best albums ever. Green and Maladroit? Mediocre to say the least. But Make Believe is shit. Utter shit. It saddens me to know that Weezer is dead.
