Deftones Saturday Night Wrist
Well simply put, Saturday Night Wrist has got to be one of my favorite albums by the Deftones. When I first heard it I was blown away. Deftones self titled album that was released a few years ago did not really grasp me you know? I mean I liked the song Bloody Cape alot, but I was just a little disappointed with that album. But songs on SNW such as Hole in the Earth, Cherry Waves, and Mein are just freakin' sweet. Those three songs would have to be my favorites off the album. The rest of the album is great as well, but no other album has drawn me in like this when it comes to Deftones... well... White Pony was a good damn album as well. But I recommend this album to everyone.

Opeth Blackwater Park
Ah yes, Opeth... only one word that describes thier music, and it is beautiful. I have got to tell you Blackwater Park was the first album I heard by Opeth. Now I was'nt even into this type of metal scene yet, and a buddy of mine had been looking into them for quite some time. He had found some of thier tunes on Limewire or some crap, but he did not have a car and I picked him up and he purchased this album. He popped it in the CD player and I could not believe what I was hearing. This was the best shit I had heard in a long time, and Opeth to this day will always be one of my more favorite bands. The Leper Affinity, Bleak, The Drapery Falls, and Blackwater Park are my favorite tunes. You feel great emotions when listening to this album, but it was not thier greatest...

A Perfect Circle eMOTIVe
I should'nt really have to explain this album, because it just plain sucked... there I said it. Yeah very disappointed with this one. I'm not a big fan of covers, but I will make an exception with Garage Days Inc. by Metallica, because the music they covered sounded alot like the music they made, and you know something; they were friends with those bands, and toured with those bands. But APC did not pull off what Metallica did a few years back. But I'm sure you all know where I'm coming from here you know? And for those of you that do like what they did here, well you should all be ashamed of yourselves. I will give 'em a little credit on the Lennon cover though, but that is about it.
