With this album Satyricon is including more progressive elements into their music (aka Enslaved later work) -High quality musicianship -Nice use of musical layers -Excellent vocals (for the genre) -Creativity and diversity are present -Good production (for the genre) -Bass is audible I dont prefer or value a subgenre over an other.If the music is good, thats what is important for me and i found this album to be very good.
