It's like Hopes & Fears with a new refreshed electro-pop air. It may seem a step backward as it doesn't have the
experimental vibe of Perfect Symmetry, but the fans wanted something similar to H&F, with a similar formula I mean,
and that's exactly what they get. For people who are new to Keane, it may draw new fans, but not so many I think. It's
more like a gift to old fans.
An album that desperately wants to reach the top of the surface, but only fails to drown slowly. Some of the
uplifting moments from their past records do make a return, but even those don't live up to the standards
that so many were hoping for.
