I usually don't like breakdown-happy pop punk albums or bands, but I decided to raise my rating because this is definitely more fun and interesting than that new Bouncing Souls album.
I'm not a fan of the re-recorded versions carried over from Speak Frantic but the six new tracks are a golden addition to Carousel Kings stellar catalog. As always, I hope this band goes far because they're some of the sincerest dudes out playing pop punk now.
It's like ADTR done right. They take the elements of Pop Punk I enjoy and throw in some much
heavier aspects. Sounds like it has been done a thousand times over, and it has. Here, it's
done right.
