If you are like me, that being someone who is a complete sucker for this kind of music,
you'll find this to be a fun and engrossing record that displays Dan Ballard's fun and
imaginative song-writing.
Dan's soothing vocals blend in nicely with his sound acoustic guitar playing and atmospheric
electric guitar backdrops.
All the songs are, in my opinion, top-notch, but, if I would have to pick a few highlights,
songs to give a listen would be; Won't Let Me Go, My Dead End, Dropped on My Head, and NY /
LA (feat. Moderne Man.)
The rest of the songs are okay, while certainly not bad, they're just not as exciting or fun
as the ones I would call the highlights of the album, again, this is only my opinion.
The soundoff might sound a bit fragmented, but, that is because I have edited it. I just
felt the need to express that I am a bit biased when it comes to this album, because, I felt
it might have been a little insincere sounding, if you will.
