Much more coherent, intense, accessible and polished than Altered State, and still carries the band's unique charm, eclecticism and sense of intoxicating harmonies. Highly recommended for 2012 prog, and it's free!
I think this band is finally starting to find their sound in this album. This album is essentially Progressive Metal/Rock, but it is extremely fun and eclectic. Recommended to all Prog fans.
While not exactly groundbreaking within the progressive metal genre, Horizons is a consistent affair that offers a variety of songs and instrumental proficiency. Quite similar to Dream Theater, any fan of prog should enjoy this. Best songs are Spider Silk and Styrofoam Breath
