Overall, a very good effort that unfortunately fails not on the parts where Yngwie does a bit too much, but on those where he made the material heavier without particular success. For example, Pictures of Home and Demon's Eye suffer because they work better with a bluesy sound, whereas a metal version makes them sound "plastic" and mechanical. Among the highlights are "Gates of Babylon" and "Child in Time" that feature an epic atmosphere and an incredible Malmsteen solo respectively.
