A shame this album wasn't that great, "Your Woman" is still my favorite song ever. "Going
Nowhere Somehow" is also a really great track. Aside from these two songs you get a
combination of decent tracks like "Undressed", "A Week Next June", "The Shape Of Love"
and "Wanted" and tracks that really make me cringe with the cheap keyboard sounds being
used, like "Thursday At The Blue Note" and "Theme For An Early Evening American Sitcom".
Other tracks like "White Town" and "The Function Of The Orgasm" feel more like Interludes
than actual songs, with only very little happening. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE
minimalism, but only when done right. All the other tracks are just songs that do nothing
for me. I still respect this guy for making such an important track that "Your Woman" is for
me, and I probably need that track played at my funeral.
