Technically, this is terrible. It evokes basically nothing from the listener, but its so formless and void of direction that its disturbing. If you look at it in movie terms, it has no plot or direction, or a firm identity for that matter, but instead of playing scenes out to make a story, it flows unpredictably throughout the listener's mind to a place where its almost like there are no people, just phenomena and places. Its music that places "being" before "feeling" in a ghastly, dry realm and it still achieves little, but it at least flows like a dynamic thought should.
