Underrated and underappreciated. Not pop-punk but a rock CD, heaps of good songs outside the one song everyone knows

I bought this album at a cheap secondhand cd shop for a dollar, I only bought it too put it on my laptop and look pretty, but I listened to Flavor Of The Weak (I hate pop punk, reallly hate pop punk) but this song was really good, they whole album was great, people can say they hate it but I really liked it, this is probley the best pop punk band out there and the most talented, if you dont believe me listen to the solo's in this bands songs, then listen to the solo's in other pop punk bands like Good Charlotte, I liked it

picked this up today for a fiver, after having been reminded what a great song "flavour of the weak" was, when i heard it at a rock club. basically, this album breaks no new ground, and doesn't do anything that hasn't been done before, but the fact remains that it is a solid and catchy pop-rock album, and although a few songs fade into one another without much noticing, there are no real bad tracks. definitely not as bad as the 1.5 rating that the sludge gave it.

If this album had a throat, I'd cut it. Because its the most generic, uninspired album of the new centery. Similar to All American Rejects, American Hi-Fi's bland slice of pop rock graced us all with the one hit wonder "Flavor Of The Week," and suckered over a million music buyers, including myself, to pick this up. The standout (lone) track is Another Perfect Day, it has grown on me even though its similar to the rest of the album.
So basically, it may end up being enjoyable if you can get into this, just I couldn't get passed the genericness.
