In the year that it's been since the release of 'Throw Up Your Hands for One Night Stands', Freshman 15 seemed to drop off the face of the earth for a little while. Cutting their lineup down to only three people, they're back with the short EP 'Talk of the Town'. Disappointing is the one word that comes to mind though here, as this is as average as pop-punk can get. The music just feels like it's all been done before, like the band didn't put any effort into making it seem original at all. Saying that, the music is pretty catchy which makes up for all the other flaws. Let's hope for better things in the future, and I say that knowing these dudes can do so much better than this.
