There are two bands that call themselves Harbours, and surprisingly they both play post-rocky screamo. This happens to be the one from the beach town of Oxnard, California. While the cleans in the title track show that they've got some kinks that still need to be worked out, "Vultures" shows that when Harbours is firing on all cylinders that they can hold their own with the best of them.
