The first track is simply great. If this is a B-side from the Empty Days & Sleepless Nights sessions, then we are in for a real treat if this is what they axed from the album. That being said, the little acoustic piece just isn't that impressive. It's nice, but not nearly as gut-wrenching or emotionally intense as anything else the band has done.

i admit i would probably like the acoustic track less if it was another band. but then again, it does sound like another band. the other track is fantastic though, and if the rest of the new album follows suit, we'll be looking at another fantastic album

Opener made me shit golden bricks, and the acoustic was good. It wasn't any prophet in plain clothes, but it was still good. Lyrics are, as always, top notch.
