How this is a Newsboys album is beyond me. I understand that three of the four members are from the 90s Newsboys, but when you change your lead singer to someone from outside your band, you need to change your name. Regardless, Michael Tait does a good job on his incarnation's first outing. They tend a little more towards the mainstream pop rock than I would like, but it's pretty solid. Tait's voice works well with the band's slightly edgier sound. It's too bad that the best tracks ("Save Your Life" and "I'll Be") are found solely on the incredibly bloated Miracles Edition re-release, though. If you took tracks 1-12 and 14 from that release, this would have been a much better album.
