Wow, remixes and reinterpretations better than their originals? Impossible! IAMX gathers some tracks that span their discography and lets some other artists rework them (we even have a remix done by the famous Combichrist). What really makes this album shine is the fact that while the remixes sound like totally new songs, they still keep the essence of the originals. For example, my favourite IAMX track, I Am Terrified, gets redone and the results are spectacular. While not as good as the original, it adds a much more heavier industrial element that works perfectly well with the untouched vocals.
