This is so. damn. good. Used to think this was one of KRS-ONE's worst CD's, then the sound grew on me, Buckshot's style grew on me, and as always KRS-ONE's albums get better and better.

Nothing to dislike about this album. A solid artist and a legend combined with tons of good
guest features like Talib Kweli, Immortal Technique, K'NAAN, Pharoahe Monch, Slug of
Atmosphere and more. The only downsid is that some of the choruses on here are lame.

You gotta respect what they are tryin to do here with this album. They are tryin to bring hip hop back and let us know how wack most these main stream artist are. That being said, it was just ok. Its too much "yo, look at me im the best ever" and too little flow and too little just straight up nice lyrics.

Maybe if both of these rappers stopped sending toothless, aimless disses to wack MC's and spitting nonesensical 'knowledge' we'd be getting somewhere and these guys. Seriously, what the fuck is going on here. Buckshot just sounds, well, shot, and he's combing with a misled, confusing, and ten years past his prime form of KRS-One, a man who has proven constantly and consistently that he's gone from one of the classic MC's of our time to one of the biggest fools of all time. It doesn't even matter that the beats are decent at times, because KRS-One and Buckshot just shit all over it anyway (in a bad way). Hell, they even manage to make SEAN PRICE sound like shit. THESE MEN SHOULD PAY.
|1.0 awful||Bulldog | May 28th 10|
One of the worst things I've ever heard in my life. KRS-One and Buckshot are so insanely ndeservedly arrogant, their lyrics suck, the guests suck, their beats are average, and KRS-One flows so awkwardly. I fucking hate this and it makes me feel uncomfortable to talk about it.
