After a sophomore slump Cartel are thankfully back with a new album. Cycles has some great choruses and enjoyable songs but overall lacks the diversity of song structures that Chroma had. Cycles is a step in the right direction but hasn't been able to overcome the fantastic debut. Choice tracks: Retrograde, Typical, Deep South and Conventional Friend

A return to form for Cartel. While their Self-titled was kind of mediocre, this album brings
them back to the "chroma-like-sound" and these Georgia boys give us a solid release.

Don't expect anything you haven't heard before from the Cartel boys... formulaic pop punk from a band who could have done so much better.
