Clint Mansell is a genius, to say the least. He has many well known musical pieces, and well this album remains somewhat underground and underappreciated, it is his defining statement, thus far. "Last Man" is a beautiful piano and violin oriented song that sounds dark and depressing, yet somehow light. "Death Is the Road to Awe" is orchestrated bliss and has the most convicted and beautiful choir I have ever heard. "Together We Will Live Forever", given its woefully cheesy name, this song is comprised of just piano, yet evokes a lot of emotion. If you like beautiful music, this soundtrack is a must, simply put.
