The vocals are some of the best I've ever heard. This is just as good as Skrillex (aside from the remixes) and I wish he would have continued "Sonny" as much as I would like him to continue "Skrillex."
I'll be the first to say that I prefer this sound of his to his work under the pseudonym, "Skrillex". To me, this sounds a lot more natural--exemplified in Bangarang, he's gone from his roots to just producing the next "banger" track. It's almost a parody of itself. In this EP (remixes not withstanding), Sonny puts out a rough-edged release that mixes an unusual amount of melody and heart into what would otherwise be another forgettable complextro solo release. It works surprisingly well.
Three tracks are awesome: Gypsyhook, Copaface2, and Mora. Very catchy and poppy. Forget about the others. Just get these and leave it at that. The other songs are extras that aren't worth the money.
