For the most part, you'll never find me listening to emo on a daily basis, but this album/band is one of the few exceptions.'Something to Write Home About' basically staples a sense of nostalgia inside of me with every listen. This album lets me know I'm alive and uplifts me to great extencts. What a fantastic album, perfect to listen to on a sunny day.
Fantastic album, though overall, it seems to be ranked a little higher than I would have given it. The order of the songs is good for the most part, and each one sounds different than the next. Great acoustic songs, and great anthems such as Holiday and I'm a Loner Dottie A Rebel. Such an influential album deserves a strong rating.
