The album cover depicts a topless woman lying down with a group of birds looking at her, aside from three birds in the background who are looking away, and one bird in the foreground who is also looking away. One of the birds that is looking at her also appears to be raping her. Since the bird's penis isn't shown, though, this can't be said for certain. The bird could simply be looking at the woman very closely. It could even be a female bird, and since female birds don't have penises, that renders the possibility of rape very slim- unless the female bird tied a stick or a dildo or a banana to its crotch. However, since birds don't have hands, the chances of this are again very slim.

Nico and The Niners is hot garbage, but Jumpsuit is pretty damn good, so I'm very intrigued to see how the album turns out.

Still holds up. There are some filler tracks, and they really drag down the themes and aesthetic of the album... like the wonder wall lite "The Hype", the forgettable "Smithereens" and the sweet but ill-fitting "Legend. The highs here are absurdly high. "Jumpsuit", "Levitate", "Bandito" and "Pet Cheetah" are all superb and the closer might just be one of their most mature penned tracks ever. There should have been more focus on the concept and theme, then the album wouldn't been borderline sublime.

Excellent prod on this, it's heavier than all their previous albums, the raps are actually ok, the drums are pounding ahrd and there are some cool basslines. Still not really my cup of tea, but kudos for not doing a pop shitfest after the massive success of 'Blurryface'.

High praise to TOP for not sticking with their Blurryface sound. Paul Meany's production is at the forefront of the album and makes it as good as it is.

I can not compare the Blurryface with Trench because I only heard the singles from their previous album. Trench is quite repetitive in sound and becomes tired, the album from the middle begins to fall and it is not until "Nico and the Niners" that it has a high peak and then falls into the abyss again. I had many expectations with this album, when I heard "Levitate" imagine that it would be a great album and the truth is that only the first songs that were released are the only good ones. The album has good quality as any pop album, with its good jewels mentioned above and other things that are like a sleeping pill.

Their best project yet by far, much more mature, much less teensy and obnoxious than anything
they've done before, absolute earworms (Morph, Chlorine, The Hype for example), some surprisingly
hard-hitting tracks (Jumpsuit/Levitate are simply their best tracks yet), meaningful lyrics that
feel less forced than ever and the songs rarely overstay their welcome. The rapping has improved a
whole lot aswell. Though the album really falls asleep towards the end, has a couple tracks that
are way too teensy and tongue-in-cheek for my liking (Smithereens and Legend namely), and boasts a
very underwhelming closer with Leave the City, it's a major improvement on all fronts worked into
a captivating new sound that finally sort of justifies their place in the music industry.

It's an improvement, yet it still has its flaws. rWhile Twenty One Pilot fans urge that the duos work still has a lot of weight and value, nothing done here is really original or worth praising. I like how more instrumentals are brought in, and a lot of these songs help Tyler sound more mature. However, many songs carry no weight, as some are forgetful.. while others are just made for radio airplay. Some songs are drawn out, and overstay there time on the album. Overall, it's still a step up from their past 2 efforts.

Fantastic album. The "sad" songs here aren't as good as previous ones, though. The happier sounding, more upbeat songs are the best ones here such as Cut My Lip, My Blood, Jumpsuit, ect.
