This rating is not for the music, but for the compilation itself. Total cash-in, missing some great songs. It is not the absolute best, it's the best on Island Records. And absolutely nothing new or rare, either. Probably a good introduction for non-fans, but not something that would be worth buying for juggalos.
Includes some of the best material released by ICP on Island Records. I really wish that they had included some rarer material, or at least songs from their first three Joker's Cards, but this is a good introductory point. Recommended for anyone with a taste for off-beat hip hop.
