Decent. Too mainstream, though! They need a fresh dose of originality!

Frankly, I just can't find the right words to express my love for this album. It's got everything that a catchy lyric-crazed power metal listener could want, and more. A very radio-friendly metal album to say the least, but that doesn't make this any less enjoyable. Everything is done well, and while no instrument sticks out in particular, they all fit together in such a way that the final product is amazing.
All that being said, I can completely understand why one would dislike this album. For one, it's a bit too radio-friendly, to the point where the catchiness and sheer lack of originality and technicality could possibly be its downfall. This is most likely not for br00tal metal fans, and from what I've heard from others, this is a bit of a change from past Elvenking releases.
Bottom line, this is an overall great album that is at least worth looking into for any (lighter) metal fans.

Elvenking do it again; take all that is whimsical and magical about celtic styling, and mix it with all that is powerful about, well, power metal and create a wonderfully accessible album. They continue to come out with amazing metal, and thankfully, add enough originality to a relatively stale formula to be relevant.
