Pete rock's production fits C.L's rhymes incredibly while the samples chosen do also. We only could wonder of what these two could of created on their third album but due to personal differences split up. Amazing underrated hiphop
The fluent, mellow beats totally makes this album. While Cl has upped his rhyming game a notch, Pete Rock comes through once again with some of the best beats of his career. Theres no denying that Pete Rock is in the top 5 of best producers in the world. A great record, and highly recommended for those smooth, mellow nights.
