Pretty cool emotional sounding post metal. This is typically a genre that I have trouble getting into at all, but this album seemed pretty accessible.

4.0 excellentThat Black Guy | June 15th 14

Though this lacks stand out tracks like An Ache For the Distance, this is a more cohesive, focused, and consistent record as a whole. The emotional depth of this album is extremely deep if you take the time to pay attention to the lyrics. The subject matter of death, loss, grief, and mourning may not be new subject matter but the way The Atlas Moth express their emotions in regards to this is impressive.
