This faggot who sounded off has clearly only heard this one album by Biggie, which is depressing, because this is probably his second worst, next to his other posthumous release. This has Diddy's grave robbing hands all over it, and it sounds sort of scattered and generally mediocre. But it's not AWFUL.
Dead Wrong and Rap Phenomenon are insanely good, definite potential for some of the best Notorious B.I.G. tracks ever. The rest isn't THAT bad but it's forgettable clutter.
