Massive step up for these boys. 2012 has had a lot of strong pop punk releases and Major League's Hard Feelings is no exception. Touches of classic pop punk a la New Found Glory while incorporating the freshness of the new wave akin to Handguns and Man Overboard. Not one to miss.
Ahh your friendly neighborhood pop punk. Mediocre music. Oddly enough the second half of the record is much better than the first half. Some worthy songs, more not so much. Vocalist isn't bad but not very great either. Instruments are nothing ground-breaking; run of the mill pop punk. Nonetheless, while songs are hit and miss, this was still a fun album. Best tracks: Landslide, Homewrecker, Final Thoughts
