Songs like Love Us Or Hate Us, Betrayer and the Title Track pack some of the thrashiest and best riffs out there with one of Milles most pissed off performances to date as well.
Love Us Or Hate Us sticks out as the best thing on this album but the title track and betrayer and no reason to exist rules just as hard. this is a really good fast paced Thrash album with a lot of great riffs despite the obvious focus on playing trems as fast as they can. Kreator really did put out a fantastic album with this one-to be precise, this is what Pleasure To Kill should have been.
I hold this in high regard. Every time I hear it, it's like revealing another layer. It speaks to me on a personal level too, and it deserves a classic status.
Extreme Aggression and Coma of Souls are my favourite Kreator records. This album has very intense teutonic thrash moments like the title track, Love Us or Hate Us, Some Pain Will Last or Betrayer. Classic stuff.
This is really an excellent album, and Kreator are here on its top musically. While the rmusicianship is near-perfect here, album lacks some of the uniqueness and originality found ron Pleasure to Kill. Nevertheless, any thrash fanatic should get this album!
Extreme Aggression is the best Kreator album by far. It is this album that defines the true sound of real thrash metal. Everything that defines thrash metal can be found in this album. Here you have the proper speed, the angry fast shredding guitars and the incredibly pissed off vocals. But that?s not all; the sound production is pretty damn flawless as well. Words can?t describe a thrash metal masterpiece like Extreme Aggression. If you like any type thrash, then you need to get this wonderful album.
My best Kreator album. Period.
Could Kreator do any wrong back in the 80's? The answer to me is hell no. Kreator sticks to their guns here and releases a even tighter sounding album and it was produced fairly well. Each song stands out for me, the one true standout for me would be the track "Betrayer" just pure awesomeness. I highly recommend this for any metal heads collection young or old.
