    April 20 09:19 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea, friggin opeth man. Still so glad to see you loved skinny fists that much. An album like that I listen to every once in a while
    April 19 01:37 PM
  • Mongi123 Not anytime soon I don't think man sorry haha. So much stuff ahead of that I wanna listen to
    April 19 01:33 PM
  • Mongi123 Rev is up man!
    April 17 10:51 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea man, I think my favorite part of the record is te strings part in te second half of sleep
    April 16 10:11 PM
  • Mongi123 Holy crap man! And touching ending right?
    April 16 09:06 PM
  • ASnideReturns I've barely watched like... any TFS gaming / related videos. I need to watch more lol
    April 16 07:58 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh yea it was pretty good. I liked the build and the lead singer kinda sounded like the leader singer in Isis.
    April 16 07:53 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh meaning you have disc 2 to go still? Believe me, the monologues make sense to you in time. In fact the one in the beginning of Sleep breaks my heart everytime I hear it...
    April 16 07:45 PM
  • Mongi123 Lol no. I never turn on the radio. Ever.
    April 16 07:39 PM
  • Mongi123 What? lol yea overplayed no doubt but I like it.
    April 16 07:33 PM
  • Mongi123 HEr lyrics standout above everything on the radio though. She's got talent definitely.
    April 16 07:30 PM
  • Mongi123 I actually do like Lorde tbh. She makes so good stuff. But yea, the elitist metal heads of Sputnik have taught me well!
    April 16 07:26 PM
  • Mongi123 Well I had Bonjovi, sugar ray john melloncamp, Kiss. Just from being in the car with my parents so much haha joining this site certainly opened up a whole new world to me. Music isn't just mainstream electronic pop in the billboard hot 100. And lots of people just don't realize that.
    April 16 07:19 PM
  • Mongi123 Well that's awesome man.
    April 16 07:15 PM
  • Mongi123 Enjoy the journey man. There are lots of albums that don't deserve a 4.5 average but that album is certainly one of the more deserving ones. It's funny how you say you can't get into post rock, yet you're enjoying one of the least accessible post rock albums out there and enjoying it haha
    April 16 07:07 PM
  • Mongi123 Holy s*** yes! Bro you've heard nothing yet until you get to the the last half of Sleep and the movement World Police and Friendly Fire in Static. Holy crap that s*** is scary and heavy in more ways than one.
    April 16 07:03 PM
  • Mongi123 For what haha
    April 16 06:46 PM
  • Brostep haha absolutely worth it. black sands is my favorite album atm
    April 16 06:45 PM
  • ASnideReturns Have you seen the Vegeta voice over of Goat Simulator yet?
    April 16 06:42 PM
  • ASnideReturns Oh god, I've been putting off watching this XD.
    April 16 06:36 PM
  • Brostep http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZbgyKJkHxQ is probably one of my favorite songs ever
    April 16 06:18 PM
  • Mongi123 I hope you get something out of it. For what it's worth at least you could say you've heard it once if you don't like it.
    April 16 05:58 PM
  • Mongi123 Don't worry, it's not two hours, just 87 minutes lol. And I'll give that song a try later.
    April 16 05:53 PM
  • Mongi123 Of course bro. Some of the best moments in music scattered throughout that mother****er.
    April 16 05:43 PM
  • Mongi123 Well Swans is a fusion of many genres. I'm telling you, Skinny Fists by Godspeed You! Black Emperor is the mother of all albums, so disturbing, beautiful, vast. Never heard anything like it.
    April 16 05:38 PM
  • Mongi123 And hopefully Swans will get you into post rock xD
    April 16 05:32 PM
  • Mongi123 I've always loved heavy stuff brah. Just never really warmed up to screamed(or any variation of that) vocals for an extended period of time. But thankfully, I'm starting to get it!
    April 16 05:29 PM
  • Mongi123 Prob tomorrow bro haha it's not finished yet
    April 16 05:16 PM
  • Mongi123 No but they won a grammy for that one yeah? I really enjoying hearing Serj's chilling side in Mein on SNW though.
    April 15 11:06 AM
  • Mongi123 LOVED the last two songs. Not a fan of his vocals on this one but the music was great for the most part and really enjoyable.
    April 15 11:01 AM
  • Mongi123 Oh I've heard Toxicity before.
    April 15 10:45 AM
  • Mongi123 Almost done with it. Chop Suey was great. This isn't bad music by any means but his vocals juxtaposed with the kickass music just seems off to me haha I like their s/t better definitely.
    April 15 10:37 AM
  • Mongi123 Listening to Toxicity now. I think it's a little too over the top for my liking haha
    April 15 10:32 AM
  • Mongi123 It's more droney, ambient and disturbing rather than experimental but it's essential modern music definitely.
    April 15 10:12 AM
  • Mongi123 Nah I checked they're both two hours. If you like swans I suggest Skinniy fists sometime. It's compared to Swans a lot actually.
    April 15 10:06 AM
  • Mongi123 But each album is so goddamn long I was just reading up on them lol and I thought Skinny Fists by Godspeed You! Black Emperor was long: clocking in at 87 minutes haha
    April 15 09:59 AM
  • Mongi123 Never thought I'd embrace the growls but they're growing on me. And I'll def listen to Toxicity at some point over this next week. I'm just glad I have a big discography to tear through now(Opeth). Last time I had one this big was Porcupine Tree haha
    April 15 09:54 AM
  • Mongi123 Sweet gotta give them a listen definitely. Kinda getting into Opeth at the moment though haha
    April 15 09:49 AM
  • Mongi123 I've read it's pretty creepy music. A little of post rock ambient an noise rock yeah?
    April 15 09:44 AM
  • Mongi123 Yes and I've wanted to try them out. They seem pretty essential.
    April 15 09:41 AM
  • Mongi123 I decided to rev Division by 10 years next. The band needs more attention xD hopefully their new album comes out this year, it's been two eyes after all which is he standard time for them.
    April 15 09:36 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea I guess it's whatever. There's just so much fusion nowadays.
    April 14 07:17 PM
  • Mongi123 I don't really know how to classify alt rock or hard alt rock anymore cause I've always thought the terms were too general honestly. Like so much of my pie chart is alt rock but most of the music I listen to is much more than that haha
    April 14 06:44 PM
  • Mongi123 I always thought it was. It's pretty intense at times to call it alt rock but whatevs, I don't dwell on that for too long. I've been listening to that album for a long time. The Fantasy and The Story are jams.
    April 14 06:26 PM
  • Mongi123 Not usually, but I do love A Beautiful Lie. What a nostalgic album that is :)
    April 14 05:55 PM
  • Mongi123 Not really a fan of them, but they are an incredibly influential post hardcore band
    April 14 05:34 PM
  • Mongi123 Ahh his falsetto is great haha. Fun Fact: his first band was At The Drive In actually.
    April 14 05:10 PM
  • Mongi123 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHGPt49owxg Yo try this song and see what you think it's amazing.
    April 14 02:25 PM
  • Mongi123 Yes I did, it was pretty cool. Maybe Eros will actually be the next album they release.
    April 13 07:09 PM
  • Mongi123 Cool and well he's a staffer so to be expected haha
    April 13 04:25 PM
  • Mongi123 Cool dude! It 's a pretty solid album. Now onto In Absentia! ;)
    April 13 10:43 AM
  • Mongi123 Oh jesus, LB is quite bad lol
    April 12 09:48 AM
  • Mongi123 Well, I like them a lot haha. Nu metal is awesome if done right. Most of the time it isn't unfortunately
    April 12 08:47 AM
  • Mongi123 I really loved Mind a lot. He's a pretty unique vocalist. Honestly he's pretty comical sometimes haha I like how they don't think themselves too seriously.
    April 11 03:48 PM
  • Mongi123 See some of the best nu metal albums came from it's early days. Like White Pony, this one, Hybird Theory. It's kinda tired now. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying out Toxicity!
    April 11 03:39 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea it was good s*** man.
    April 11 03:27 PM
  • Mongi123 That song was ok. The singer sounded like someone, I can't place my finger on who though. And I think you'll LOVE ATF. It extremely high quality nu metal.
    April 10 07:46 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea dude it's awesome. Tempest, Entombed, Rosemary, What Happened To You: All top tier Deftones stuff. I love Swerve City a lot too.
    April 10 07:17 PM
  • Mongi123 I have not. Never really crossed my mind to try.
    April 9 06:03 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea I've heard them, they're good but like most grunge, not really my thing. Though Pearl Jam's debut is really awesome.
    April 8 09:02 PM
  • Mongi123 They're good and I'll get to that one at some point, but one of my best friends wants me to try an album and I wanna get to some albums that I personally wanna try haha
    April 8 08:04 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea I understand. Just like smashing pumpkins for me. I'll come back to that at some point and maybe it'll grow. Unfortunately Billy's voice was the worst part about it...
    April 8 07:54 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh alright. You should try lateralus again at some point. Sometimes Tool is a grower for some people and only time would tell.
    April 8 07:31 PM
  • Mongi123 Eventually I'll finish them off but I've really been putting off finishing out god is an astronauts an the mars voltAs discographies so I'm gonna try to finish those. Also, have you ever tried a tool album in full?
    April 8 09:57 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea dude I hope so too
    April 8 09:22 AM
  • Mongi123 I have it at a 4 so I think its awesome. Flows really well as one song for the most part and rosemary and leathers are kick ass songs
    April 8 09:07 AM
  • Mongi123 Sweet, it's got a 4 average but people on the thread seem to be pretty divided on it for the most part
    April 8 08:57 AM
  • Mongi123 So you have three deftones albums left right? I think you'll adore their early work, it's straight quality nu metal and their most recent kinda expands on diamond eyes with more post metal and shoegazey structures like SNW. I little less consistent in my eyes though
    April 8 08:53 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea why?
    April 7 08:27 PM
  • Mongi123 Don't really know if they'd be for me but maybe. You get to porcupine tree yet?
    April 7 08:05 PM
  • Mongi123 Ahh it was great until the rapping came in lol Linkin Park and RATM are the only bands that make it work for me.
    April 7 07:32 PM
  • Mongi123 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXXwkzB5eoY Try this man. I friggin love this band.
    April 7 02:19 PM
  • Mongi123 Cherub rock is also a great opener. They're great musicians but it's sound doesn't really do it for me as much as I'd want it to. I'll get to that album eventually I'm sure but meanwhile I have discographys from bands that I love that I keep forgetting to finish haha
    April 4 03:56 PM
  • Mongi123 I've given it multiple listens. It's really solid but doesn't wow me overall. And damn that's a long ass double album haha maybe I'll give it a listen eventually
    April 4 03:47 PM
  • Mongi123 Well that means I think its great haha its overall great music but I don't really see the big deal I guess idk
    April 4 03:35 PM
  • Mongi123 Silver**** is a kickass song. His voice seems really out of place to me in the slower songs though
    April 4 02:37 PM
  • Mongi123 Just my first listen bro haha it's good. I'm not quite getting it really but there's nothing bad about it as a whole. His voice really annoys me though :/
    April 3 02:10 PM
  • Mongi123 I work 10-6 today so if I remember to do it or if I even feel like trying anything new I will but if not tonight def tomorrow
    April 2 09:43 AM
  • Mongi123 Haha I'll save that for another time. Wanna try some other bands now haha
    April 1 09:35 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh and Saturdays
    April 1 07:24 PM
  • Mongi123 Yet another solid record from them. Straight Jacket Fashion is definitely my favorite.
    April 1 07:06 PM
  • Mongi123 I'm gonna listen in a bit. I meant to do it earlier but I forgot to put it on my Ipod haha
    April 1 01:17 PM
  • Mongi123 Regardless of Pink Cellphone being laughable on purpose, it has something different that other Deftones albums don't have. The first half just contains one hard hitting song after another. I recommend giving it some more listens. Any other new music listening going on for ya?
    March 31 10:42 PM
  • Mongi123 SNW has a shoegazey vibe, has elements of post metal and the album the resonates with me the most. Beware is ridiculous. Funny that you say it's a typical Deftones album because Diamond Eyes, as much is I love it is more typical to me. And s/t is EVEN MORE typical.
    March 31 10:13 PM
  • Mongi123 3.5 for SNW I see? What are your thoughts on it? And I'm gonna listen to it tomorrow.
    March 31 09:19 PM
  • Mongi123 Whatever if people love it, people love it. No sense in bitching and moaning about it lol
    March 30 08:24 PM
  • Mongi123 The fact that people are so butthurt about the average for their latest makes me laugh lol like people actually care :D
    March 30 08:17 PM
  • Mongi123 A mixture awesome songs and songs that are just good so I wanna give it at least one more listen. I'll jam in my car on my way to my friends house later
    March 30 08:12 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea they can be weird but it's kinda cool how you can't really classify their genre. Generally they're alt metal but specifically they incorporate so many others into their music.
    March 30 07:59 PM
  • Mongi123 Ha. From my POV Deftones are more about the chemistry between the instruments and Chino's strange and unique voice. Like seriously, he does some crazy s*** with his voice on Saturday Night Wrist.
    March 30 07:46 PM
  • Mongi123 Fantastic is an understatement. Danny Carey is the man. But if you can't get into them oh well
    March 30 07:44 PM
  • Mongi123 You obviously haven't listened to Tool enough for the "fast drumming parts" haha aka Ticks And Leeches but yea Deftones occasionally have some complex guitar playing and drumming. Abe is a fantastic drummer overall he really adds to their atmosphere.
    March 30 07:32 PM
  • Mongi123 Well what I mean is some tracks like Send The Pain Below and Forfeit are kinda standard nu metal kinda but the more hard hitting tracks rule
    March 30 07:25 PM
  • Mongi123 The problem with it is that some of the tracks are pretty generic. Don't Fake This and Forfeit was slightly annoying but it's really solid
    March 30 07:18 PM
  • Mongi123 Title Track was goddamn awesome! The spoken word part was sick.
    March 30 07:11 PM
  • Mongi123 No it was Saferwaters looked at the tracklisting and that's the only one I recognized haha
    March 30 07:03 PM
  • Mongi123 There seems to be more of a focus on his voice in this album as apposed to the latest album which is more about the heaviness and riffs imo
    March 30 06:53 PM
  • Mongi123 I believe I heard a song off Vera and liked it a lot but forget which one it was. That album will be next.
    March 30 06:52 PM
  • Mongi123 This is great so far. Gonna get all nostalgic once I get to The Red haha and that band is still one my listening list but now I'm too into Chevelle! And awesome great to hear you liked them!
    March 30 06:49 PM
  • Mongi123 About to listen actually. Get back to me once you finish IA though I'd love to hear your opinion of it!
    March 30 06:42 PM
  • Mongi123 Sweet dude. Trains is generally a fan favorite but overall In Absentia is a masterpiece I hope you like it. Really diverse stuff. You got a fav album of Chevelle's yet?
    March 30 06:35 PM
  • Mongi123 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yh9osYZNilU I think you may like this one too.
    March 30 06:25 PM
  • Mongi123 Also, give this song a try: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbXxDAhbnM0 One of my personal favs off the album and also one of the heaviest and darkest.
    March 30 06:20 PM
  • Mongi123 I'm actually gonna jam Wonder What's Next Tonight!
    March 30 06:19 PM
  • Mongi123 I wanna try some more of their stuff definitely
    March 30 10:31 AM
  • Mongi123 Yessir I think I like it a tad more than sci fi crimes. It may even grow more who knows? And lol this is far from a 1 that's ridiculous haha
    March 28 09:58 AM
  • Mongi123 Other than Dragonforce lol haven't heard a lot of power metal.
    March 27 07:59 PM
  • Mongi123 Album was pretty sweet!
    March 27 09:54 AM
  • Mongi123 Sweet dude I'm looking forward to it
    March 26 08:47 PM
  • Mongi123 I have Chevelle's new album ready to be listened to. Tomorrow on the way to school I'll jam. Can't wait!
    March 26 08:08 PM
  • Mongi123 Their early works are nu metal so I think you'll love them
    March 26 02:05 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea S/t has awesome songs like Needles And Pins and Minerva but it's a little inconsistent.
    March 26 11:48 AM
  • Mongi123 What until you get to Beware man. Jesus that song hits hard. But I understand about White Pony but it's so sophisticated, atmospheric and contains some of the band's most compelling lyrics. Musically, SNW is my fav.
    March 26 11:41 AM
  • Mongi123 Haha try out In Absentia in between there sometime. It's pretty heavy and has some dark stuff for their standards. But listening to Deftones is good though :) White Pony and Saturday Night Wrist are the s***.
    March 26 11:36 AM
  • Mongi123 Just wondering, what porcupine Tree have you tried?
    March 26 11:32 AM
  • Mongi123 Now I've been trying to balance out trying new stuff and albums I need to listen to. I also try to take breaks from trying new stuff every now and then. I'll add that one my list too!
    March 26 11:29 AM
  • Mongi123 Nope! Another band I've been meaning to check out. Siamese Dream and all that haha
    March 26 11:21 AM
  • Mongi123 It sounds pretty different deftones like compared to their other works I think I'll try it.
    March 26 09:53 AM
  • Mongi123 No but the 4.3 average has remained consistent so I may try their newest record
    March 26 09:36 AM
  • Mongi123 I haven't even tried any of their other stuf yet haha I really want to be I keep forgetting to
    March 26 09:29 AM
  • Mongi123 That was pretty damn interesting
    March 20 05:42 PM
  • Mongi123 No but I've heard of them though. They're been around for a while haven't they?
    March 18 09:16 PM
  • Mongi123 Try Cruel Melody. That album really shows how talented of a musician Wes is. You certainly can't see that in LB lol
    March 18 09:09 PM
  • Mongi123 I'd check out that album. It really has some gems on it and a couple songs I'd actually call beautiful and masterpieces. And good rev man.
    March 18 08:57 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea Trent is amazing but I understand industrial stuff can be jarring to some. Try this though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OcDD2rAP2IQ Believe it or not, their fronted by Wes Borland from Limp Bizkit. The whole album is catchy as hell. I reviewed this a while back too.
    March 18 08:46 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea you gotta have the motivation to make a decent review. Btw I forgot to ask you this the other day. You ever try listening to Nine Inch Nails?
    March 18 08:39 PM
  • Mongi123 Seriously, Here We Divide, The Space On The Wall, The Drum, The Design, all fantastic. And sweet dude I'll check in a bit. Looks like someone else got the feature though :/
    March 18 08:36 PM
  • Mongi123 Nice rating for This Is The Warning! Their second album is worth trying too. It's a little simpler and also kind of safe but still solid.
    March 18 08:03 PM
  • Mongi123 Damn it's such a great year so far. If you're trying to get into shoegaze, Slowdive is an essential. Listen to Souvlaki.
    March 16 06:04 PM
  • Mongi123 Funny you should rec that song to me, I just listened to that entire album lol thoroughly love it!
    March 16 03:35 PM
  • Mongi123 Sweet bro! I love that album. Especially The Drum and The design.
    March 15 09:47 PM
  • Mongi123 It was pretty good. Had some cool guitar work in it.
    March 15 01:19 PM
  • Mongi123 Ok I'll try that when I get a chance later I'm going out.
    March 14 08:46 PM
  • Mongi123 The jam at the end is ****ing awesome. The whole album isn't like that song though I think the rest of it is up your alley.
    March 14 08:14 PM
  • Mongi123 You ever listen to Dead Letter Circus?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fwIh2_btGo Try out this song, it's unreal.
    March 14 08:00 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh crap Let It Burn yea haha
    March 14 05:14 PM
  • Mongi123 Lie To Me and Burn It Down are ****ing awesome
    March 14 05:06 PM
  • Mongi123 Well the whole album is kinda generic but there's good generic and bad generic and this was well done. There was no song I really hated in that one but nothing that really wowed me either. Rock solid album though. I think I like UWHF a little better.
    March 14 04:47 PM
  • Mongi123 Gave that Red album a spin. Was a good record, I liked Already Over and Break Me Down a lot.
    March 14 01:43 PM
  • Mongi123 Ok thanks I'll listen to it tomorrow. I'm glad I have someone I know to talk about 10 years now. No one ever posts on those threads haha
    March 13 09:13 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea it's beautiful. I have a little bias towards that album but I also really love Beautiful, drug of choice, don't fight it, sleeper. Great stuff.
    March 13 09:09 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh yea wasteland kills. Jesse gives an amazing performance there. He's one of the initial draws of the band for me.
    March 13 09:04 PM
  • Mongi123 Sounds pretty nostalgic sound be enjoyable. So what's your favorite 10 years song so far?
    March 13 08:57 PM
  • Mongi123 Are you talking about their debut? Is it any different from their second album?
    March 13 08:42 PM
  • Mongi123 I understand though its not for everyone
    March 13 08:17 PM
  • Mongi123 What? Post rock is mostly instrumental dude. It sometimes has vocals but they're not traditional.
    March 13 08:07 PM
  • Mongi123 You should try out All Is Violent All I Bright by God Is An Astronaut. It's pretty accessible and has some of the est post rock tracks I've heard on it. Try out Suicide By Star. It's crazy.
    March 13 07:40 PM
  • Mongi123 Alright no biggie. Just wondering, have you ever trying getting into post rock before or do you just think you won't like it?
    March 13 07:28 PM
  • Mongi123 Fantastic genre either way. You ever try listening to Alcest?
    March 13 07:24 PM
  • Mongi123 Not really if you think about it. The name comes from the guitar player constantly looking down to work the pedals for the guitar effects. Hence the name, "Shoegazing" but yea it's awesome glad you appreciate it a little bit.
    March 13 07:18 PM
  • Mongi123 Cool man it's so good
    March 13 12:44 PM
  • Mongi123 This is awesome man! Loving it.
    March 12 10:06 PM
  • Mongi123 Once I finish jamming GY!BE I shall throw on Nothing
    March 12 09:30 PM
  • Mongi123 Sorry man! I'm just really spontaneous with my rec's. I either add them to my list which I view occasionally for recs or just find an album by myself and just try it. It's not personal that's just how I am haha I'll try it in a bit.
    March 12 09:06 PM
  • Mongi123 Shoegaze is sooooo goddamn cool. Deftones Saturday Night Wrist experiments with shoegaze a bit. And I saw that this was featured I may check it out.
    March 12 09:00 PM
  • Mongi123 Shoegazey. I'm likin it.
    March 12 08:56 PM

    March 12 08:13 PM
  • Mongi123 I must have rated that along time ago I just bumped that to a 3 lol that's a little harsh. Minus The Machine has some duds but pretty great. I LOVE the last two songs, Tightrope and Sleeper.
    March 12 08:07 PM
  • Mongi123 I gotta listen to Feeding The Wolves again cause I wasn't too fond of that one, but yea 10 Years is awesome glad you like them man.
    March 12 07:59 PM
  • Mongi123 That whole style of vocals kinda irk me a bit but still great music. And yea Jeremy was awesome too.
    March 6 05:57 PM
  • Mongi123 Jammed Ten finally. It's really good stuff. Oceans and Alive were fantastic.
    March 6 03:56 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea Diamond Eyes is my second fav I think glad you liked it. Sextape is one of their most beautiful songs I love when they go slower like that.
    March 3 08:32 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea I do sorry haha. But idk there are more overrated albums on here. Saturday Night Wrist and Diamond Eyes are both amazing. Diamond eyes is really up your alley I think.
    March 2 03:34 PM
  • BeevyD Thanks for the comment brother. Jw, can I edit the review? I found some mistakes.
    March 1 08:35 PM

    March 1 12:11 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea man the middle eastern instrumentals make some of the songs.
    February 16 12:20 AM
  • Conkern65 Hi there
    February 14 03:07 AM
  • Mongi123 That album was pretty solid. Some nice variety with the middle eastern style instruments. Really loved the instrumental track on it. Ecstasy sucked lol but overall it was pretty enjoyable.
    February 13 02:33 PM
  • Mongi123 Haha yea thanks! I'll read your latest review tomorrow I'm pretty tired.
    February 13 12:40 AM
  • Mongi123 You don't have to do that really. Just write more often and trust me, you'll improve. The staffers just care about how you act one the best work you have to offer. Almost everyone was a tad lackluster when they started. I sure as hell was haha
    February 12 09:45 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea dude all you need is practice. Next time apply. Just start to review more often cause that'll make you improve a s*** ton. And no I didn't. I remember from what I heard it was pretty promising.
    February 11 10:50 PM
  • Mongi123 Lol in time man. 4 days(?)
    February 11 10:20 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea bro thanks good luck!
    January 25 10:48 PM
  • Mongi123 I sure did bro. I did my best to be completely honest in my app which I was. My latest is a step downward but hoping for the best!
    January 25 10:07 PM
  • Mongi123 I usually dislike indie stuff too but this album is so different. So many genres thrown into one album and it's so sincere.
    January 19 06:19 PM
  • Mongi123 Sorry about that I get caught up in the genres that are on the top of my list tbh. And Grunge has never really been that high but I do really enjoy Dirt by Alice In Chains
    January 19 06:19 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea that really wasn't my thing tbh. Not bad though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sV7TE9c7WEM Try this song from my dig man. I'm still trying to spread the word about this band. I've never been to compelled to for an unknown band. It's quite something.
    January 17 08:26 PM
  • Mongi123 Sup bro. I've never listened to a complete Pearl Jam album no.
    December 29 07:10 PM
  • Mongi123 I gotta say, I love It's All Over Now. It's a breath of fresh air because the band actually thought to use some diversity in their instruments. I'm going out but I'll def listen to the rest tomorrow.
    November 18 08:29 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh I totally forgot about that haha. I tried the first song and that sounded decent I remember.
    November 18 06:20 PM
  • Mongi123 I've heard that one song on guitar hero which is pretty decent haha. They're first or so record is supposed to be awesome right?
    November 9 09:59 AM
  • Mongi123 Yea Sci Fi Crimes is awesome. I really love Fell Into Your Shoes and Mexican Sun. Most prog stuff is an acquired taste tbh. Have you tried any Porcupine Tree?
    November 8 12:57 PM
  • Mongi123 Nah screamo doesn't sit well with me haha. Nothing wrong with liking simpler stuff. I used to be hooked on that stuff too but the first time I heard Tool, everything changed.
    November 8 01:05 AM
  • Mongi123 I have but never listened to them. Most of the music you listen to isn't bad but a little too "generic" for a lack of a better term for my liking no offense. But you prob do feel that way about it though.
    November 7 07:28 PM
  • Mongi123 Just listened to that again today it still holds up well. Jars is a great ****in song! And I think you might like Karnivool's first lp better than sound awake cause it has a more alt metal/nu metal sound, but a damn good one. Will prob check that Ra album tomorrow.
    November 5 10:04 PM
  • Mongi123 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lRc3eAtWNM See what you think of this one. It takes a while to build up but it's goddamn beautiful.
    November 5 09:49 PM
  • Mongi123 This is pretty enjoyable. Might check the whole thing tomorrow. Check this song out. Super impressive: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cjvtx3HMUks
    November 5 09:41 PM
  • Mongi123 Alright I'll try it sometime. You ever listen to Karnivool?
    November 5 09:26 PM
  • Mongi123 No I did try their second album you told me to try though. Like I said, I wasn't impressed but I loved the last three songs
    November 5 09:05 PM
  • Mongi123 Yo I tried their second album. It's okay and of course they have talent but the only songs that grabbed me were the final three songs. Especially the last song but overall nothing too special imo
    October 30 11:30 PM
  • Sympathy Skeptical house is skeptical.
    October 29 08:43 PM
  • Mongi123 I've only listened to until we have faces and its really solid. Lie to me and let it burn are great
    October 27 08:26 PM
  • Mongi123 Haha nah didn't enjoy that first song. Lyrics were pretty crappy not gonna lie.
    October 27 08:00 PM
