  • butcherboy cheers, pal.. appreciate that a lot.. and I may have a beautiful psych rec for you that badly needs a write-up.. maybe it will get your writing juices flowing.. Gary lee Conner, used to be the guitar player in the screaming trees.. I can't remember the name of the album, I'll get it to you tomorrow.. even if you don't end up reviewing it, you should give it a listen..
    August 6 07:03 PM
  • butcherboy **** the ghost negs.. would love to see more of your writing come around..
    August 6 06:40 PM
  • butcherboy Space, how is it, dude? glad you liked it, yea, that album is nothing groundbreaking, but tight as all hell, and the most consistent newcombe has sounded in ages..
    August 6 06:31 PM
  • hal1ax ya it brings some of those fem indie rock vibes huh? sometimes i fck with that. but yo u should check out the second.. pretty interesting stuff. but yea not usually my bag either but they are just a good band idk.
    July 31 12:48 AM
  • hal1ax bruhhhh i have actually only heard 'they spent their wild...' by them and i fcking love it. haven't checked their first joint yet. it's weird, like i download and listen to so much music that i often forget to dip into the back catalogues of the artists i end up liking lol. it's good tho eh?
    July 31 12:37 AM
  • zakalwe Bloody hell, what a din! A good din though. Quality spiritualized shirt.
    July 21 09:45 AM
  • Relinquished cool that u checked man, cheers
    July 21 12:48 AM
  • sixdegrees surprised the mods actually did anything, that list had been up for months...your guess is as good as mine as to why anyone would take sputnik averages that seriously
    July 18 09:18 PM
  • nocuffin I was slangin crystal meth. s*** was ****in dangerous. almost got jumped a few times. money was solid but holy **** I'm glad to be out. why don't you just sign yourself up to s***ty community activities? there's bound to be good ways to meet (not all) good (but surely some good) people. if you ain't tied down by a missus you could always hit the dating scene (although that s*** is pretty unfulfilling). or you could do what I did: just sit at a bar smoking. eventually someone will want a light.
    July 16 05:58 PM
  • nocuffin yeah I'm doin alright. got myself out of the dealing game pretty recently, and my girl's getting back from seeing her fam tonight so things are looking up. plus, she got me a bunch of xo supreme for my bday so I have a feeling these few nights before uni kicks back into gear (because somehow I found the money to reenrol) will be fun. what's been keeping you in?
    July 16 05:36 PM
  • nocuffin I try to tell myself that there's hope on the horizon these days. I guess that's why it's such a shame that the horizon's so far away. how you been?
    July 16 05:28 PM
  • JamieTwort Hey man, yeah still into it but haven't found much time for it lately sadly, need to try and change that! My profile picture is actually taken from Venn Rain's Diamond Dust tape but I did choose it because it is a similar style to my photography haha
    July 15 11:24 AM
  • Cygnatti lmao, this song is so 90s! not sure what that means but it means something to me. i def think i've heard it even a few times, but i don't think i ever actively searched for it. it's pretty great tho. feels influential. i dig the post-punk aesthetic to that cover? thing on the video too.
    July 15 01:02 AM
  • Cygnatti ****, lyric videos for that song will never get it 100% right. oh wells ~
    July 15 12:40 AM
  • Cygnatti yes, that is the big 4 of trip hop. trip hop is supposedly a subgenre of downtempo (i believe it). here is a trip hop song (closer to rnb!) that also has an amazing buildup. very poignant imo ~
    July 15 12:37 AM
  • Cygnatti this song is bangin'. whole album is pretty great too. this s*** gets me hyped tho.
    July 14 11:46 PM
  • Cygnatti shoot dude, the best i have on downtempo are a couple of singles. has never quite been my thing despite the big 4 of trip hop reign supreme.
    July 14 11:42 PM
  • protokute ahhh space.. thanks for remembering me on that band, i really liked that song you rec'd and i'll surely check an album of theirs.
    July 10 05:07 PM
  • wham49 now is a great time to be a Dead fan, just keep releasing killer shows. Do yu check any of their live series, great s***.
    July 9 04:57 PM
  • Rowan5215 yeah fair enough, pretty much every user I'm close with will pop into discord every now and then so that's why I love it. also the banter is friggin incredible there. thanks man, I get a tightness in my chest whenever I think about starting it rn but once I'm a week or two in it'll probably (hopefully) settle down. I feel ya totally, there's always more friends to make or so I hear
    July 9 12:54 AM
  • Rowan5215 you should pop into jac's discord server man, it's where most of us go to talk s*** and hang out nowadays! eh been a very long few months and my last term of uni starts tomorrow so I've been better honestly. how you?
    July 9 12:18 AM
  • Rowan5215 lol true. just good to see you round I guess, feels like it's been a minute since you were here
    July 8 09:46 PM
  • Rowan5215 ha you're a sole bright spot in an otherwise awful thread spacey
    July 8 10:04 AM
  • hal1ax kk leme try
    July 6 01:26 AM
  • hal1ax yea it says i have to open my port too... and i'm a little bit clueless when it comes to tech sh1t like this haha. i could prob figure it out tho.. as long as i open my port u can see my folder ya? or is it reciprocal.. like we both have to have ports open for u to browse my folder?
    July 6 01:26 AM
  • hal1ax woah that's mariana trench deep bruh. and so yea i'm not super familiar with how user interactivity works on slsk but try to add me and see if it will let u scope my upload library.
    July 5 05:34 PM
  • hal1ax alright so i think i uploaded my entire itunes music folder. hopefully it works. but my slsk name is "ruhl3"
    July 5 03:46 PM
  • hal1ax Yaaaa I'm down. I'll upload my library tonight
    July 5 12:01 AM
  • hal1ax Woah, that is a good question. I do have an upload folder but I only choose to upload like 10% of my total library because I would rather avoid exorbitant amounts of leech traffic. If u want to peep my library tho I can just drag that b1tch over. I'm pretty sure u can search specific users but I have yet to try.
    July 4 09:55 PM
  • hal1ax Yessir
    July 4 07:24 PM
  • hal1ax lol thanks. and ya ok i'll avoid. i tend to like the raw and gritty sh1t lol; hence why i like the noise-related genres so much. and yea man i absolutely agree. music has no visual or tangible sensual medium... just auditory, which makes it almost untethered and unadulterated. like u aren't shown what to think or how to feel about it, it is just filtered through who u are and u make of it what u will. usually the more avid music goers are much more attuned to music's evocative qualities.
    July 3 09:22 PM
  • hal1ax na i haven't. i will dload it and the Can record. but yea music is certainly very synesthetic in the sense that certain sounds/combinations of sounds/key shifts, etc. can often evoke strong memories or visualizations or moods of sometimes even other sensations. sounds like you have some associations with that sort of music and that's rly cool. it's like the most subjective thing in the world lol. some connections are just totally eschewed by some and enshrined by others.
    July 3 07:59 PM
  • hal1ax i think i get it ya. sort of like an ethos or frame-of-mind. like your connection with a certain feeling elicited, rather than being defined by the workings of the substance. yea that's fcking cool and interesting. i'll do some exploring, hopefully i feel similarly lol.
    July 3 07:44 PM
  • hal1ax oh cool. yea i'm not really up to speed with a lot of the classics. i should prob do a bit of digging in that sphere. maybe hit up some other older psych bands too. like i literally know nothing about psych rock
    July 3 07:32 PM
  • hal1ax i actually haven't even heard Can haha. which album do i check?
    July 3 07:22 PM
  • hal1ax yea i hear u. tbh i am a full-blown psychedelic music novice so i can't rec anything in that vein. but lots of noise rock has heavy psych elements//influence so u might be amenable to some of it, i.e. mainliner
    July 3 07:20 PM
  • hal1ax that was a beautiful description. u might be into these guys. full record is less than 20min so not too cumbrous of a listen. ---
    July 3 07:17 PM
  • hal1ax yaaaa bruh. love how noisy and loud that record is. and fck me i was supposed to connect u with 2017 recs that are your style but i honestly haven't found any. i've been binging on noise rock lately. u like any of that stuff? i think i remember u digging Mainliner ehh??
    July 3 06:31 PM
  • Cygnatti upon consideration, it's quite a bit like the cure imo! same era too, with connections to post punk and neo-psych as well! totally different tone, of course, but i think you'll dig it. :]
    June 30 06:17 PM
  • Cygnatti last day of the monf so i thought why naught drop a rec! :D so this alb is pretty important in the 80s neo-psych scene (i'm actually rather unfamiliar with that era). i'm not the biggest fan of the album, i've got stipulations with the production job and songwriting, but many others quite like it! that said, i really like this song: The Reptile:
    June 30 06:14 PM
  • hal1ax ya no worriess take ur time. and yea i just downloaded like 12 records that looked interesting from this year so ill see waddup and get back at yuh
    June 17 09:10 PM
  • hal1ax hell yea i'll dload rn. always looking for new gaze, and ya japanese is fine, i don't give a sh1t about lyrics anyway. but yea i'm gonna hunt some new music down tonight and i'll report back if i find anything extraordinary. actually, new chastity belt is kinda cool, u might dig. post-punk-ish --
    June 17 09:01 PM
  • hal1ax sup playboyy. uhh, fack, haven't been listening to much new music lately at all. i've been lagging hard on the '17 stuff, except for a few trap records. but lets see... been listening to a lot of Whirr, loveless, strictly ballroom, dino jr., and some power electronics. how about u?? got any goodies for me?
    June 17 08:35 PM
  • LordePots the album version is a bit different instrumentally, can't wait to get it out there next month with the full alb :]
    June 16 05:17 AM
  • LordePots another verse. felt like the right thing to do and its still one of my favourite songs i've ever made 2 years later
    June 16 05:16 AM
  • LordePots mark wrote the first verse and i wrote the second! thank you and thanks for noticing that duality, thats a super personal song for both of us. we both went through very different break ups at the same time and the duality of the verses is supposed to kind of echo how different the situations were while also showing how similar they were emotively at the same time. mark wrote the first verse and got too sad and had to stop so i decided to take it in that direction instead of pushing him to do
    June 16 05:15 AM
  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd For credibility purposes, other lists by said user include "Disturbed vs. Avenged Sevenfold" and "Papa Roach Ranked".
    June 12 02:47 PM
  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd Terrible list.
    June 12 02:43 PM
  • brainmelter and yeah I saw lol
    June 7 11:17 PM
  • brainmelter yee, I've only played it twice at a friends house. it is better than the first one and catwoman goes hard but I also prefer mkx's characters and gameplay still. it's so good and balanced. I laaav it. I'll maybe get it eventually with all the dlc on one disk down the line.
    June 7 11:16 PM
  • brainmelter hey fam, have you gotten around to playing injustice 2? if so, what ya think?
    June 5 02:50 AM
  • Cygnatti but yeah, i definitely get what you mean. but he honestly might take it quite a bit further since he's highly religious after this and even becomes involved in some dubious cult activity!! talk about over-compensation! 'i'm a lost, godless fool whom thought himself too high too steel... i might seek redemption by any means...' - and yet, i still can't help but feel for the guy. that's how you know they're a good musician lmao.
    May 11 12:49 PM
  • Cygnatti i'm personally impressed at how many musical worlds that psychedelia opened up: heavy metal (from heavy psych), prog rock and experimental rock (from psych rock), shoegaze/noise pop/dream pop (all from psych rock neo-psych), and so forth. but i didn't think that arguably the first modern "electronic" band ever would also be psychedelic (rock)!!
    May 11 12:40 PM
  • Cygnatti i think the "blunt" approach is very well but the heavy-handed degree it's done on this song should only be done sparingly so that it has more effect. reading into things here, but i can imagine he's averse to the symbolism and imagination (like psychedelia often incorporates) considering, well everything... wouldn't u think?
    May 10 10:54 AM
  • Cygnatti it's an album opener, the rest of the album isn't quite as heavy and really does flesh out his character (lol!) and his story. btw i got another one for you since i missed last months entry ;)
    May 10 10:49 AM
  • Cygnatti it's definitely quite the downer, but i think it's really powerful. the lyrics aren't the best but he sounds so devastated... hope you dig it!!
    May 8 09:00 PM
  • Cygnatti cyg here 4 ur monthly psychedelia dosage :] this jam entry is psych folk, ironically about the guy despairing on how hard drugs fried the s*** outta his brain and left him socially, mentally addled and spiritually lost.
    May 8 08:59 PM
  • Chortles haha i still didn't finish that part yet, i wasn't in the mood :-/
    April 21 02:35 AM

    April 19 04:43 AM
  • Dewinged YES! Happy to hear that man. I used to jam the first track before taking a shower and danced a ritual naked dance to it on a daily basis. Wildly. Shamelessly.
    April 17 02:11 AM
  • hal1ax precisely
    April 17 01:34 AM
  • hal1ax ya there are a lot of rly good artists who go unsung on this site unfortunately. you've just gotta spread the gospel as best yuh can
    April 17 01:18 AM
  • hal1ax omg haha their name is spacemEn 3. ok disregard, i am retarded
    April 17 12:46 AM
  • hal1ax spaceman 3 is sickk. listening to perfect prescription rn. is that where your name came from? or is that just a serendipitous coincidence? hehe
    April 17 12:31 AM
  • hal1ax right on man. gonna dig in here soon
    April 16 04:42 PM
  • hal1ax which is your personal fav? or is it the type of thing where they have all been your favs at different points in time // during different moods? but ya regardless, gnna dload all 3 rn, thxx
    April 16 03:57 PM
  • hal1ax wtfff that sounds awesome. which album should i check??
    April 16 03:42 PM
  • Chortles but damn if you really made me want to jump back into it, at my gfs for the weekend but maybe now I'll lock myself in her bathroom w/ my laptop and play. don't misconstrue that msg ;-)
    April 16 02:06 PM
  • hal1ax i've heard of spaceman 3 but never heard them. u think i would like?? are they psych//gaze?
    April 16 01:53 PM
  • Chortles still in the castle, just got to the part where you have to play as Ashley. been p busy lately so haven't gotten a chance to play much 8-(
    April 16 03:13 AM
  • Source Thanks, I'm feeling Halo nostalgia lately because H3 is turning 10 this year.
    April 14 10:50 PM
  • KILL yea dude when indie rock had balls
    April 12 01:13 PM
  • zakalwe Ello dude. Hope things are good. Still listening to the talaboman record and Sleaford Mods. Nothing else has really tickled me fancy.
    April 12 02:18 AM
  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd Die.
    April 8 05:46 PM
  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd It's LOTR for TV.
    April 8 04:49 PM

    April 8 04:37 PM
  • Chortles never jammed em duderino, coincidentally though i have been meaning to and i downloaded tales of the inexpressible last week. bumpin em up the list
    April 7 02:46 AM
  • Dewinged well album is sexy af, 11/10, A ... ok maybe i'm hyping it too much
    April 6 09:27 PM
  • Dewinged What do u mean her? They are 2 dudes! lol
    April 6 09:22 PM
  • Dewinged Space! Did u get to jam that UNKLE album in the end!?
    April 6 07:33 PM
  • Cygnatti bruh tbh, i'm almost convinced that they're have only been 4-5 good post-rock albums lmao. talk talk made 2 of them ;)
    April 6 05:22 PM
  • Chortles something out of a hat sounds good, been almost exclusively techno s*** lately so i need to break it up with something different
    April 6 03:35 PM
  • Chortles my clever dude! haha those dudes are really the s***, i'm glad you liked em too. got any other sweet jams up your sleeve?? i've been lacking lately
    April 6 03:09 PM
  • Cygnatti it's the godfather of post-rock. but a more accurate (short) description would be: laughing stock is a spiritual journey. i wouldn't recommended listening to it first tho, spirit of eden is a better first listen (no less remarkable, however).
    April 5 02:13 AM
  • AngryLittleAlchemist Spiritualized lol sorry I went on a random tangent.
    April 4 05:32 PM
  • AngryLittleAlchemist I listened to it. Pretty good, a tad repetitive but I think It might grow on me. I'm in a weird place where most of the stuff I"ve listened to recently(animal collective/neutral milk/spiritualized) could easily be a 3 but also easily a 4.5
    April 4 04:49 PM
  • brainmelter Jason is pretty gayyyy to fight tbh, mostly because people use that variation where he comes back to life and health regenerates smh. I just started using ferra/torr, and he's a lot better than I first thought. I like using the variation without the child, so good. I wish we had a mutual console because sometimes fighting online is frustrating as ****, because I constantly get fucbois that spam with scorpion ninjutsu and ice slide you into oblivion with dub-zero lol
    April 4 01:48 AM
  • Chortles oi vey, it's either that or the regenerator s*** you have to deal with later. but actually scariest moment for me was definitely the opening bit when i had no idea what was going on and just knew there were 20193423 dudes and 1 with a chainsaw chasing me around
    March 31 02:52 PM
  • Chortles update: @ the castle. still tense as fk. i'm really dreading the part where you get caged in with wolverine dude, i think i legit s*** my pants when i first played through
    March 31 02:38 PM
  • AngryLittleAlchemist okay i'm kind of lazy i'll write up some paragraphs later is that cool ?
    March 31 01:06 AM
  • AngryLittleAlchemist I could tell you but i'd have to go on a long rant and i don't want to rape your shoutbox : D also i understand. fair warning : it might take a while for Spiritualized to grow on me.
    March 31 12:46 AM
  • AngryLittleAlchemist Hey man. You sounded a bit underwhelmed by PFNO on first listen, but I hoped you enjoyed it nonetheless! Also on your point about why I like it emotionally, I could probably rant a fair bit about it but I didn't want to post it in the thread. I get a lot out of it personally(in a dramatic way, not in a "fun" way).
    March 30 10:42 PM
  • Cygnatti ;) i've got a handful more lying around... they will reveal themselves later on ~~~
    March 29 08:44 PM
  • Cygnatti dude this song is a goddamn psychedelic banger. pls jam
    March 29 08:32 PM
  • hal1ax haha fck yess, gorilla growing! i used to do that too. but ya man that sucks. i share a house with a few friends and we have a pretty spacious backyard and we all have licenses so we collectively grow like 30-40 plants every summer. only heirloom land-race strains too! which have the best medicinal effects. stuff that u can still find in the wild--malawi gold, hindu kush, black afghan, snow cap, etc. they're all low thc and some of them don't grow super well in my micro-climate but they so nice
    March 29 05:13 PM
  • hal1ax lmao ohh ok i see i see
    March 29 04:51 PM
  • hal1ax "Is this a secure line?? " lol sry im not sure what u mean by this. i'm retardedd
    March 29 04:48 PM
  • sixdegrees ill get around to it I swear
    March 28 03:10 PM
  • Dewinged Yo Space, Never Never Land is one of my top 10 albums! I know most people prefer Psyence Fiction because of the lack of DJ Shadow in NNL but man, for me it's just perfect. Check it out and let me hear your thoughts.
    March 27 08:01 PM
  • AngryLittleAlchemist Ow s*** haha completely forgot about that! Ya get to Built to Spill first lol!
    March 26 02:01 PM
  • AngryLittleAlchemist You should check Unwound - Leaves Turn Inside You tbh
    March 26 01:56 PM
  • Chortles it's a good'n, bleakest s*** ever. lol @4th dyke
    March 23 03:53 AM
  • Chortles i totally see where u (and a lot of people) come from there, he doesn't have a "good" singing voice at all. to me the appeal comes entirely from his delivery and lyricism, no one did apathetic tortured and introspective all tied up in a nice package as well as he did. even when i was a giant pleb they didn't bother me so idk maybe it's just not meant to be
    March 22 06:12 PM
  • Chortles just the best game. it shouldn't be as fun as it is for as long as it is tbh but it just is, doesn't get old. ALSO: "~Joy Division~ come at me" this is me coming at u
    March 22 05:58 PM
  • Chortles great boss fight tho, love dat poon
    March 22 03:29 PM

    March 21 09:10 AM
  • Chortles do it br0. i'm only on like 1-3 you can still catch up :-D
    March 21 03:28 AM
  • brainmelter **** yeah dude the game is made really well. I think you should give Tanya another chance, all of her variations are godly. I've been trying to play with Jason recently. his relentless variation is cashmoney
    March 21 12:43 AM
  • Chortles no doubt dude, it's the foil to RE4 in terms of constant dread
    March 20 05:41 PM
  • Chortles oh s*** have you played them? shadow of chernobyl is top 10 games ever for me eaasy
    March 20 05:06 PM
  • Chortles amen brotha. and it holds up like crazy. i have the HD edition on PC (the only "HD" anything my laptop can run) and man it's so crisp still, the atmosphere and tenseness is unmatched. only games that i've played that rival it in that sense are the STALKER games
    March 20 04:49 PM
  • Chortles oh shiii that's srs. it's pretty darn tootin good
    March 20 03:45 PM
  • Chortles dude i just started another playthrough of RE4 and talk about siberia-tier opening levels, got damn still so tense every time

  • KILL maybe 1 day bro, honestly dont know if i could 5 an EP tho
    March 15 02:26 PM

    March 14 03:08 PM
  • brainmelter hell yeah my man, letz play. my psn is funturtle23
    March 14 02:22 PM

  • talktothehead Haha personally i think that description is a stretch but dude it's so great! Have serious fun man! Depressing and fun album really.
    March 5 07:59 PM
  • talktothehead Oh btw just to let you know Built to Spill's vocalist isn't a female, it's just TVC15 described the vocals as feminine
    March 5 07:51 PM
  • talktothehead Understandable. I haven't really been getting music again until recently so i'm starting to check out more and more.
    March 5 04:54 PM
  • talktothehead Are you actually going to chek Built to Spill or not? Don't listen to their second album if you are, just go straight to Perfect From now on
    March 5 04:09 PM
  • OmairSh New List boiii
    March 5 01:16 AM
  • UniqueUniverse What you're refering to is the lead eponymous single from the album that was indeed released on 9th of September 2015. (yeah, I'm fun at parties too)
    March 4 09:48 AM
  • UniqueUniverse by the way, no it didn't:
    March 4 09:45 AM

    March 4 01:01 AM
  • Rowan5215 aw crap thanks spacey
    March 4 12:40 AM
  • Chortles a pure phase?
    March 3 06:58 PM
  • Chortles man i haven't listened to ladies and gents in a hot minute. maybe if i give it a go in the right mindset i can bring the 5 back
    March 3 06:51 PM
  • LordePots not IDM, just downtempo, maybe chillstep if u wanna get gay with it
    March 3 06:48 PM
  • Evokaphile Ay no worries neurohop is a somewhat aquired taste And sound system music for sure thats where the emphasis on production comes in. Hearing the style in a live setting with a 100kW sound rig changes everything.
    March 2 07:30 PM
  • Frippertronics thanks man!
    March 2 04:22 PM
  • AnimalsAsSummit i personally didn't find it enjoyable, but it is by no means bad music to me :)
    March 2 11:33 AM
  • Evokaphile I just follow my intuition sometimes. I can't remember what compelled me to share that. At any rate I reviewed it so a free album btw.
    March 1 06:55 PM
  • Evokaphile prep?
    March 1 06:24 PM
  • Evokaphile
    March 1 08:06 AM
  • hal1ax haha hell ya. i like your stylee
    March 1 12:58 AM
  • hal1ax ohhh fck haha i knew i recognized that video, just couldn't put my finger on it. ya it works incredibly well with that song. i need to re-watch that movie, its been way too long. best aronofsky
    March 1 12:46 AM
  • hal1ax ohhh dang i've been meaning to check this record--its been sitting in my slsk library forever. yeea i like this for sure , thx
    March 1 12:39 AM
  • Rowan5215 nice. Under the Milky Way is pretty damn timeless
    February 28 01:06 AM
  • Rowan5215 I thought you would! As You Will is like the hardest jam ever. give Starfish a whirl as well sometime, it's most people's favourite but it jams a little less, more subtle and all that
    February 28 01:02 AM
  • Chortles mother ****. best game ever
    February 27 06:24 PM
  • Chortles oh wait did you have to do all that extra stuff on hard only? like the dam and these secret zombie rooms and s***. i'm struggling to remember but after watching it it doesn't seem entirely unfamiliar
    February 27 04:35 PM
  • ArsMoriendi Yeah man.
    February 27 02:42 PM
  • ArsMoriendi Yeah I made it though the entire thing. Not my kind of thing.
    February 27 02:28 PM
  • ArsMoriendi It just sounded like a Tool song. Damn they took everything interesting about the original and mashed it together with like Eulogy or something.
    February 27 11:56 AM
  • ArsMoriendi As someone who loves No Quarter and doesn't care for Tool, I will check it immediately, but expect disappointment.
    February 27 11:39 AM
  • Chortles what tha fak man, that was crazy. i completely forgot about all the extraneous areas of the level too that was way cool
    February 27 10:59 AM
  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd *Claws up through the dirt to bring you to hell with me.*
    February 26 12:17 PM
  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd R.I.P. to me.
    February 25 06:52 PM
  • Rowan5215 haha yeah man, heyday by the church. they're an australian post punk band, bit darker and more jangly than the chameleons really, it shouldn't be super hard to find
    February 21 08:36 PM
  • hal1ax Ya bro chocolate habs // 7pots and u won't ever want to cook with anything else. I wonder if u can buy rare peppers around where u live? I know I'm LA there are these bi-monthly outdoor produce markets where u can buy all sorts of exotic whatever the fck
    February 21 02:28 AM
  • hal1ax yaaa the ghost is approx 1mill i think. flavor on those is ayt.. nothing too extraordinary tho. i tend to lean more toward the peppers with those tropical flavor profiles. oh dude also keep an eye out for chocolate habaneros! it's one of the hottest habanero strains, even more so than the red savina's. they have the flavor of the typical orange ones but with some smokiness and earthiness as well. i would imagine they would be killer in that bbq sauce.
    February 21 02:06 AM
  • hal1ax man my heat tolerance is so high these days that jalapenos don't even phase me. um, but ya as far as heat // flavor i would have to go with habaneros. i also really like serano's as well, those things can get way hotter than jalapenos. and yo if u ever decide to grow some u gotta cop come chocolate 7 pot seeds. they have best flavor hands down. over 1million scoville units too
    February 21 01:13 AM
  • VirtualBlaze Oh, I completely agree. I feel bad starting that album anywhere else from that track.
    February 15 05:25 PM
  • zakalwe Never!!!!!
    February 15 03:43 PM
  • VirtualBlaze Been a fan since like 2012. I didn't have AOTYs in 2014, but looking back, Deliverance was definitely my AOTY for that year. How did you find him?
    February 15 01:53 PM
  • zakalwe Ello space dude. I've just returned from a ban for ranting about Less Than Jake. lol. Hope you're well mate.
    February 15 04:08 AM
  • Chortles haha if you can call it that my dude! but yeah zen arcade was fkin unbelievable for me in my life, tbh opened my eyes to the beauty of aggression
    February 14 04:38 PM
  • Chortles nice!! that's a good way to put it. husker du pretty much molded my taste in punk and hardcore, i'll love them forever
    February 14 03:36 PM

    February 10 06:31 PM
  • modpack "Finally, he broke through on August 19th, with the live stream changing that would be worth it's while in double, literally."
    February 10 06:24 PM
  • modpack yeah I feel that. I'm fairly sure 95% of sput can't read (sprfanof5h's approval rating should say enough)
    February 10 05:58 PM
  • modpack whatever works tbh.
    February 10 05:22 PM
  • modpack yeah aight.
    February 10 05:07 PM
  • bloc Coincidentally, I just finished checking out their discog in the past couple of weeks. I ended up liking A Northern Soul the most. A Storm and Urban Hymns were good too, but they may have to grow on me. I actually thought they were both kinda dull. Fourth was crap though.
    February 10 10:26 AM
  • guitarded_chuck i once heard that you have to be a member for one hundred years to be consider a "non-newbie"
    February 8 09:55 AM
  • sixdegrees listening as we speak, try this on for size: also The Ecstasy of Saint Theresa- Susurrate, since its a classic and you don't have it rated. also Moonshake- First and Moose- Jack for more quality 1st wave EPs.
    February 6 05:07 PM
  • sixdegrees u want the gaze?
    February 6 04:49 PM
  • Chortles very true, i'm a boring **** when it comes to variety in cooking so if it weren't for her i would probably devolve into a neanderthal in time
    February 6 07:38 AM
  • Chortles there shoulda been a severance package, you still get chili sent to you monthly or something to make it easier. but yeah if you can find anyone that can cook oh man what a deal. my current gf is pretty good at cooking but she also likes to "experiment" every now and then which can lead to varied results..
    February 6 05:15 AM
