  • fallenbird Thanks, I got it from an icolorblind post on tumblr, it's around a year old so it would be pretty hard to find it.

  • avonbarksdale221 Fair point, and sucks you had an average roll lost time. Agreed on the magic of molly when partying, but honestly some of my favourite MDMA experiences have been at house parties with my ten best mates, strobe lights and lasers going, our fave tunes pumping and just generally rolling our faces off. Dude that is a perfect way to jam the record. My football side just lost so I'm releasing my anger jamming Aenima m/

  • avonbarksdale221 s*** man you're a full on psychonaut! I've tripped on shrooms a couple of times and acid once years ago, but I've just never been able to find a contact to hook me up which is a shame, I've been dying to trip ever since the first time I took Lucy. Hopefully that will all be changing in a couple of weeks though :] Do you like MDMA at all? Easily the drug I'm most experienced with

  • avonbarksdale221 The Echoes of progressive metal? I'm sold. Out of curiosity, how often do you trip man? Just LSD and shrooms or?
    April 4 04:36 AM
  • avonbarksdale221 and a dl link if you're interested http://ge.tt/7sEpSsU/v/0

  • avonbarksdale221 Sputnik formatting screwed the rest of my post, damn 46 ruled hard. And yeah Aenima sounds like an increidbly unique experience - you tripped to it? Will absolutely be jamming to it in the coming days! Agreed about our tastes often syncing up; speaking of which, I know you've got Loveless 5'd, so I really think you'd dig The Silver Album by The December Sound. Probably the best gaze I've heard apart from MBV, and yet no one seems to know who they are. Here's teh most jubilantly uplifting track.

  • avonbarksdale221 Just jammed 46
    April 4 03:35 AM
  • avonbarksdale221 **** no man this is the exact push I need to finally jam it! I take it Aenima is one of your fave jams?

  • dannyboy89 Foxtrot and Selling are much better starting points. The Lamb is easier to manage once you're already into their other classics. Ofc, it's all personal choice in the end.
    April 4 02:43 AM
  • dannyboy89 Feels good not to be alone in that matter. Yeah, I respect them, but Anderson's voice annoys me too much, it also doesn't help that their overall sound doesn't really appeal to me. There are quite a few prog bands I prefer, such as Floyd, Gen, Camel and KC.

  • dannyboy89 Judging by your ratings for CttE and Fragile, I guess I'm not the only one who isn't a big Yes fan.

  • OmairSh The keys during the verses are gorgeous. And you gotta love the red bass strings, so ****ing cool. I love the electronic version right at the end of the song, so addictive
    March 17 05:44 PM
  • OmairSh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aL88-J_iYCw ****ing hell that guitar and bass combo.
    March 17 05:34 PM
  • OmairSh Yeah I hear you about overproduced albums that feel too sparkly, I always have to listen to some 70's music after listening to overproduced albums. But these guys have found a good balance, the guitar and bass really pack some punch
    March 17 05:29 PM
  • OmairSh Band is pretty coo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QOAkEfi124, the production is really good

  • OmairSh I can't recall which songs I love off of BE, it's so great as a complete album. Iter Impius is pretty powerful, and Vocari dei is gorgeous. I think most of the songs are interesting. It took a while to grow on me because of how different it was, brilliant album.
    January 13 05:50 PM
  • OmairSh Yeah I haven't been on much. Dam it's been a while since I've listened to POS. Be is also a terrific album

  • SirDrumsalot Thanks man, its not my favorite episode either. But I love the show, and its the only picture that involves drums.
    January 9 11:07 AM
  • Mongi123 Thanks a lot man. And no problem bro I really look forward to reading it! It'll def be better than mine considering it was my first review and I didn't know it as well. Didn't really do it justice.
    January 6 08:37 PM
  • Mongi123 Also seeing as how you don't have many 5's, this album MUST have something that most music doesn't right? You have to think about how people would react to that too.
    January 6 07:03 PM
  • Mongi123 Well it's one of my personal 5's as well so I'm definitely interested. Yea it's heard to write a 5 without sounding fanboyish but you'll figure it out. Trust me, if you love an album enough, a 5 becomes extremely easy to write if you write about enough of them. My latest 5 review was the easiest review ever. I'm sure your drafts are fine.
    January 6 07:02 PM
  • Mongi123 Hey man just wondering, how's that Eidolon review coming? If you're still even writing it that is.
    January 6 12:15 AM
  • OmairSh The main riff on the first song is killer, especially when doubled witht he clarinet. The second has subtitles if you're interested (and the girls are prettier :P, but it's their backing vocals that steal the show. Also I'm obsessed with the bass slap)
    December 7 09:48 PM
  • OmairSh Glad you enjoyed, I've been listening to a lot of local stuff of late. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nG_9QyPvrM0, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJlhSU6_HPI, I'm pretty obsessed with the second one
    December 7 09:32 PM
  • OmairSh Yo http://vimeo.com/80033590
    December 7 12:25 AM
  • JokineAugustus Hell ya man! The crimson heads made me s*** myself a few times. Also Iron Maidens and Regenerators in Re4 and the Super Salvadors.
    November 19 10:32 PM
  • JokineAugustus Ya man. Have you played the Remake of 1 on Gamecube? That s***s one of my favourites as well, and creepy as ****. Scarier then Silent Hill, at least to me.
    November 19 02:48 PM

  • Mad. Yeah, Airbag are damn good, they've got a new album out in October. Mother's Cake is also brilliant, it took a couple of listens for me to sink I but they're incredible musicians
    August 21 08:06 PM
  • Mad. I must say, you have great taste. Have you heard Airbag - All Rights Removed or Mother's Cake - Creation's Finest? You'd probably dig
    August 20 09:08 PM
  • CK I grew up with the games because my dad played them a lot. I was too young to solve them at the time, so my sister and I just used cheat codes. Went back to the games years later after having forgotten everything and solved them with a bit of thought. The only Myst game I ever solved without cheating was the fifth game, which is a shame because it's also the worst. Now I just return to the games because I love the stories so much
    August 18 10:48 PM
  • CK It very much is :) and my profile picture also has to do with a 90s game in the same series
