 | JokineAugustus Definitly start with Minus The Bear. They were the first indie band I listened to. Plus they have a bit of progressive elements added to some stuff, which is cool. First 3 are all awesome.
 | JokineAugustus There is The Dear Hunter and just Deerhunter. Both are cool from what I've heard. I love Minus The Bear and Arcade Fire the most from the genre, and I'm starting to love The National and Modest Mouse as well as a few others.
 | JokineAugustus BTW its nice to see you getting some Indie in there somewhere. Slowly becoming one of my favourite genres.
 | JokineAugustus Its solid, but I'm loving the new Soilwork a bit more, though it takes forever to listen to once.
 | JokineAugustus Hey dude. Havn't talked to you in a while. Ever get a chance to check out Zao? I'm still working on getting to your thrash rec's but I got so much catching up right now.
 | lately you should check my recent list to hear my new album, stop in!

 | demigod93 hey man we're jamming some hard m/ in hybrid theory if u wanna join us
 | geasoftime Alright, babe, well thanks for the award.
 | geasoftime I am superior to you in every way. You are arbitrary and pointless. Saying that someone has won some type of award is probably one of the most played out jokes on the internet, and you're still spouting it like a broken record. You don't have the intellectual capacity to insult people with your own words, so you use the tired and worn out words of others. You win the least original human being award HUR HUR HUR LOLOLOLLERSKATES
 | JokineAugustus I'll try to give them a generous listen sometime soon. I still have a crap tonn of music to catch up to that I downloaded.
 | JokineAugustus Idk. There hasn't been much thrash that has interested me other then Metallica, a bit of Megadeth, 1 Extol album, and Sylosis. What are some good ones?
 | JokineAugustus Hell ya man, though I've been taking my sweet time. Pushing down the Death Metal and general Metal will be the toughest part.
 | JokineAugustus The Dear Hunter Part 1 and 2 are cool, as well as Dot Hacker's first album and of course Nine Inch Nails The Downward Spiral. Its a genre I'm slowly getting into as well. I'm far from an expert. Sylosis is cool lol. I just kinda got bored of that album after a while. Havn't heard their newest though. COAA rules.
 | YankeeDudel You think you can send me a link for the album? I can only find the 86 demo
 | Calc aighty man looks like you got my submission: Hotel of the Laughing Tree- Terror and Everything After
 | KILL yea dude i 5'd city and i dont 5 lightly, alien is awesome too
 | KILL his best record is definitely ocean machine so get that first, also get terria, those are both from devin townsend, then from the devin townsend band get accelerated evolution, then from his new band devin townsend project get addicted, honestly just get his discog because 90% of it is ****ing awesome but yea they are the highlights fo sho
 | JokineAugustus Ya for sure man. The Funeral of God is probably the best starting point.
 | JokineAugustus Maybe you would like Trivium if you like Sylosis. They also get way to much hate on here.
