  • Cygnatti link and his bitches, eh? :)
    December 18 01:35 PM
  • Relinquished good find with Kolchak, they sound a bit immature at the moment but I can see them getting real good soon.
    December 17 09:06 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot you can tell when someone leaves a shout thend it? Damn, that's kinda embarrassing I guess. Sometimes I'm on my iphone and it's pretty easy to hit 'remove' without noticing until you look at the persons profile later and realize. Anyway I appreciate the input dude, and good luck with your training
    December 17 12:46 PM
  • Ecnalzen Damn, frost* was hard to find in the database. Apparently, Sput doesn't like asterisks. How is something like that supposed to be entered in? Listened to a song by both and they are def stuff I am interested in. I'll check them out some more. Thanks!
    December 9 02:04 PM
  • AtomicWaste Ok, that's kinda baller. Better than I thought it would be when I saw punk thrown around haha. I can dig this for sure.
    December 3 04:23 PM
  • Omaha eh i have a collection brewing but ive been too broke lately to actually get a record player. when i have the funds for it ill surely have a solid collection tho! what about you man?
    December 2 01:28 PM
  • Dancedrewdance I've listened to a few tracks but only on a laptop so I haven't got the full effect yet lol
    December 1 06:43 PM
  • Dancedrewdance So excited to get my hands on that new stolas
    December 1 03:01 AM
  • Deviant. Yeah, it's alright. Apart from a few tracks I can never really deal with listening to him for any length of time though, it gets a bit much. Though his earlier stuff wasn't quite so obnoxious.
    November 20 12:42 AM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot never really gave circa survive a fair chance. is blue sky noise the best place to start?
    November 19 09:38 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot hey man. what are some upcoming albums worth keeping an eye out for?
    November 19 08:49 PM
  • Ecnalzen Whatchu talkin about? I've got plenty of good stuff from you, ha ha. I'm not sure if I can get into Miles Davis, tho. Everything I have heard from him just feels like one giant solo, and I've never been able to really get into that kind of thing.
    November 5 01:11 PM
  • Ecnalzen I'm not even through the first song on this Trioscapes album, and I think I already love it.
    November 3 04:33 PM
  • Ecnalzen Alright, cool. I'll give them a go. Thanks.
    November 3 03:53 PM
  • Ecnalzen That Thank You Scientist album is fantastic. You know any other good jazzy fusion-like stuff? Besides them, I have enjoyed album(s) from Exivious, Animals as Leaders, and Mahavishnu Orchestra.
    October 30 12:14 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot aight dude, cheers
    October 13 07:20 AM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot fair enough dude. I'm gonna try and make my reviews a bit less on the flowery side and lean a bit more towards Dev's style. I still like the personal approach, but I could be more informative for sure
    October 12 10:56 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot who are your favourite reviewers on here?
    October 12 08:46 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot looks cool, will do
    October 11 06:55 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot that sucks man, I got lucky and had a fairly exciting time. any ideas what you wanna switch to, if you don't mind sharing?
    October 11 04:23 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot you're still in? good on you man, I released about a year and a half ago for school/family reasons. I miss it a lot though. you ever serve alongside any canadians on tour?
    October 11 02:12 PM
  • Ecnalzen The weird thing is I feel like I should like them, ha ha. I hope he does something with The Damned Things again. I like Ironclast way more than I probably should have. I actually prefer his vocal style with them more than I do with ETID.
    September 30 11:31 PM
  • Ecnalzen I don't know what it is about Every Time I Die, but I just can't really get into them. It's not like I hate it, but I dunno... There's something about them that bothers me that I can't quite pinpoint.
    September 30 01:07 PM
  • Ecnalzen Oh, yeah, I loved Ironclast. I actually prefer it over Every Time I Die, but I listened to some of their most previous album and kinda dug it, so I have been thinking of trying them out again. Will try the other two, also. Thanks, guy.
    September 29 10:13 PM
  • Ecnalzen So, I was wondering if you knew of any other bands that pull off the southern hard rock/post hardcore feel that He Is Legend and Ongoing Concept do so well.
    September 29 09:59 PM
  • Insurrection nothing sounds exactly like that record unfortunately but i HIGHLY recommend checking out Burst if you havent already. origo and lazarus bird are phenomenal. and check fluxion and aeolian as well
    September 14 10:34 PM
  • Dancedrewdance The bi girl one .. Awful stuff haha
    September 14 02:05 AM
  • Dancedrewdance That whole thread is disgusting ...
    September 13 11:32 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot ah. I'm still confused what you meant with the sowingseason comment
    September 9 11:13 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot not sure what you meant in your comment... care to elaborate? the Inner Stasis review was an approach I'm not used to, but are you saying it was pretty weak? any input welcome man, I'm always looking to improve
    September 9 08:44 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot "It's a little... something" Huh? Should I do something different?
    September 2 03:19 AM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot Do people actually request features?
    September 2 12:51 AM
  • atrink Plus I think it's weird if a contributor asks for a feature lol
    August 19 01:26 AM
  • atrink That's probably a good idea. At least one of them should be featured, and since yours has more discussion i'm voting yours lol. I just want more people to check it out.
    August 19 01:26 AM
  • PunchforPunch teach me how to shoot a living being
    August 15 11:12 PM

    July 29 01:28 AM
  • Gameofmetal I was pretty stupefied. Thanks for turning me onto them.
    July 25 06:21 PM
  • Gameofmetal Wow you were right about Dionaea. I'm really digging them.
    July 25 03:05 PM
  • Shimana Not bad. they sound a lot like another band that I can't quite place a finger on
    July 23 09:51 PM
  • Shimana y'know what really grinds my gears? When a phxc band has a s***ty screamer. At least good screams can carry a band if clean vocals suck.
    July 23 12:09 AM
  • aok u da best. jus liettin ya knoe kthnxbai
    July 21 03:11 PM
  • OmairSh Oh, and Hugh Jackman. And wait you're married? O_O, nice. Good to see some older blood on here
    July 18 06:24 PM
  • OmairSh Best show dude. Better than everything, everything, everything, everything, everything that exists
    July 18 06:23 PM
  • OmairSh Dude you're a scrubs fan?
    July 18 05:02 AM
  • OmairSh Pffffft I know you're creeped out. It's okay though I stopped stalking you a couple weeks ago
    July 17 12:00 AM
  • OmairSh Yeah I should lower my standards so that I don't end up getting disappointed all the time. Well then, have fun with the little b*tch. It's a female right?
    July 16 05:27 PM
  • OmairSh I knew I could count on you to give a good response. Other people are just like WTF? How's life?

    July 16 12:16 AM
  • Atari no worries, don't feel obligated to i was just curious.
    July 7 12:49 PM
  • Atari So did u give agalloch a spin at all?
    July 6 12:58 PM
  • Atari Sweet. If u don't dig them it's all good man.
    July 1 10:54 PM
  • Atari also, that musk ox band that was on poohbear's list did all the acoustic interludes for agalloch's new album. So if you dig them the new agalloch could be a good place to start for you personally. The mantle has a lot of beautiful instrumentation too though
    July 1 08:00 PM
  • Atari that's cool man, congrats! and nah i wouldn't really compare them to finntroll lol. They mix several different genres which is why they're difficult to label. If I were you, I'd definitely give the mantle a shot as it's prolly their most accessible album. If you like it, you might dig the white as well and then pale folklore. (they're my current favorite band)
    July 1 07:49 PM
  • Atari forgive me if i've already asked you this before, but have you listened to agalloch?
    July 1 07:39 PM
  • Shimana Well you may already be familiar with them/I may have already told you about them but check out The Jonbenet, Animal Faces, Kidcrash, and Pollution People
    June 29 08:18 PM
  • Shimana Are you into mathy metalcore or posthxc
    June 29 05:23 PM
  • SPRFanOf5H Holistically? Sorry, i just don't know what you mean by that. Also, I do try to mention everything about the song aside from the sound like vocals and s***. I do appreciate the feedback again, my reviews seem to be following the same issues you talking about. I honestly don't know how to start correcting that.
    June 25 10:16 PM
  • SPRFanOf5H Thanks for the feedback man, I honestly don't know how to get over the history thing. It's been a massive struggle of mine I know, but I just don't know how to start off any other way! I thought I changed that in the first paragraph, and I am trying to not use basic words but expressive and detailed ones instead to describe the album. I definitely could use the help man.
    June 25 09:12 PM
  • Mythodea Ha! Honest answer! I like that!
    June 25 05:24 PM
  • Mythodea Oh... that's what you're saying... Replace then my ''It must be the time zones'' with ''Intro to get you to tell me where you live'' and you should get what I mean, too. :)
    June 25 02:54 PM
  • Mythodea Hay, Calc, you commented on my list and I want you to explain me your comment. Seriously, I just don't understand what's your point.
    June 25 02:41 PM
  • Shimana hey that's pretty good. if you're looking for a bit more of that southern hardcore sound, try A Ghost orchestra - vile hymns
    June 17 08:35 AM
  • Omaha mixed feelings on the new Every Time I Die over here.
    June 15 09:41 AM
  • scottpilgrim10 Thanks for recommending me Zero Punctuation a while back. I've probably watched most of his reviews by now. It sucks tho that he is under the escapist channel, cause all I really care about is him.
    June 2 09:49 PM

    June 2 09:14 PM

    June 1 04:00 PM
  • Shimana Thought so lol. Also, check out Animal Faces - Anomie and Wolf:Speak - In Dark.
    May 31 04:47 PM
  • AtomicWaste Sweet deal, I'll have to check. I wasn't too big on Pink Lemonade, though. Felt like a true Mars Volta ripoff layered in 70s psychedelia.
    May 29 09:11 PM
  • Shimana I think there is a 320 now, and you might actually like this album.
    May 28 10:55 PM
  • Shimana Guessing you dig new artifex pereo?
    May 28 09:18 PM
  • AtomicWaste What's good this year that I've been missing? Work has kept me busy and I know you pick up on a lot of the good stuff I miss out on :)
    May 28 05:52 PM
  • Shimana I want to like joliette's music more than I do but, as usual, I pay attention to the lyrics and unfortunately I don't understand theirs lol.
    May 21 11:38 PM
  • Shimana have a look at the band Loom.
    May 21 08:31 PM
  • Omaha hahaha. on a serious note though, have you heard the new Lantlos album? It's Alcest's old band going for kinda joyous-sounding post-metal, and I'm addicted to it this morning.
    May 19 01:09 PM
  • Omaha and then you felt like you had vicariously gained power on the site vicariously through me, right? ;]
    May 19 12:59 PM
  • Omaha based on our tastes in music i think I am actually you and you are me
    May 19 12:51 PM
  • Dancedrewdance New foxy sucked :/
    May 19 12:56 AM
  • Atari damnit you need to start paying more attention to lyrics!!! alright man no worries :3
    May 17 02:31 PM
  • Atari cool man. if you don't think you're going to review it let me know and i might try to come up with something this weekend
    May 17 01:52 PM
  • Atari either that or review the new frameworks people are lazy wtf lol
    May 16 02:17 PM
  • Atari u should review it
    May 16 02:16 PM
  • Atari dude that weatherbox album is growing on me a ton
    May 16 02:02 PM
  • Atari i already listened to it and rated it lol ;)
    May 14 07:06 PM
  • Atari glad i'm not the only one lol. have you even checked the hotelier yet? pretty sure you'd dig their new album
    May 14 04:22 PM
  • Atari does that weatherbox album remind you of say anything at all? just curious haha
    May 14 03:34 PM
  • Shimana i think the re-release's last 3 tracks are the difference. I thought for a moment that they reproduced all the tracks, but nope.
    May 13 11:08 PM
  • Shimana any idea what's different about letlive's fake history re release compared to the original album?
    May 13 10:13 PM
  • Dancedrewdance Is it your band? There awesome!
    May 9 06:33 PM
  • Dancedrewdance Okay I'll respect my elders
    May 9 01:17 AM
  • Dancedrewdance Yes lol
    May 9 01:16 AM
  • Dancedrewdance Hey Andcas give me some metalcore recs
    May 9 01:14 AM
  • Shimana hadn't heard of them, that's for the heads up. they aren't bad; from what I heard, it was better than anything MMF put out in the past couple of years.
    May 2 11:17 PM
  • Shimana heard of dionaea, they're pretty good.
    April 20 05:59 PM
  • Shimana save us from... was really good, thanks for the rec. Also, I can guess why you gave holy vacants a 3 lol.
    April 20 11:20 AM
  • Atari I know man lol
    April 19 08:18 PM
  • Atari i'll check that band out man, just been busy :3
    April 19 07:29 PM
  • Atari alright, i'll check it out at work today
    April 18 12:29 PM
  • Azn. no problem man, they're a sick band
    April 18 10:12 AM
  • Shimana Actually haven't heard of them. I'll definitely check them out.
    April 15 09:05 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Oh werd, I was about to feel like a dick. Anyways, if it seems like I take these losses lightly, I just want to point out that I only make $15/hr, so the losses are killing me, I'm just optimistic about the long run. Been really hard not to pull out of any of my mains to buy some toys, but I'm putting myself on a 1 year no sell probation on those 3 aforementioned positions. Hopefully I come out the other side with a new car and a record label haha
    April 4 05:22 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Just to clarify, that $1 price projection was for next summer, not 6 months. Had to check earlier post to make sure I didn't mislead you.
    April 4 05:12 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe I may actually start trimming around the .50 mark too if there is something else out there moving, but REDG does definitely have a product. They offer their comics online and generate ad revenue, as well as physical copies. The character rights are the big money makers though. I'll either hold or trim depending on reception to the first trailer, whenever that comes out.
    April 4 05:05 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Yea, I like it fundamentally, and has a lot of momentum going for it but I don't have any paper and don't want to get out of my current positions, especially on a down day. Still prefer MINE, SPLI, and REDG cause they already have products. Invested in a bunch of biotech firms when I first started and I'm not very fond of spec stocks without a tangible product. Haven't been able to do very good DD while at work though, there's gotta be something there for wolfpack folks to be calling it a hold
    April 4 04:47 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe I've experienced this with SPLI on two occasions now, and the indicators are the same as last time it dipped and started a new leg up. There are some charts on Wolf's twitter with simplified candlestick charts to show this trend.
    April 4 04:37 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Raping me too, I'm down almost 13k today on REDG and down 30k on SPLI since last Friday. I'm not worried though, they are long term holds. REDG up 200% since last week, was due for a correction, and SPLI is getting shorted like crazy since market makers have taken notice. The volume traded on SPLI is pretty ridiculous. They come out with financials on Monday though, so you should see a good green day, hopefully gap up all our losses next week and start on a new leg up.
    April 4 04:36 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Price projection from wolfpack group, but it's not just a random number thrown out. Projection is based on current float, market cap, RSI, other factors. And yea, about 12-14 months from now. Wayward Sons: Legends will be revealed at ComiCon in about 3 months, should be seeing at least .30 by then.
    April 2 07:24 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe I'm actually going to make this my main hold. They have a price projection of $1 by next summer, which would be a 100 bagger at it's current stock price.
    March 31 01:09 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Hey, so I'd look into REDG for sure. I bought in last Thursday, and have had 118% gains in 2 days of business. Not trying to trade it at all. They are an intellectual rights group with rights to a bunch of comic characters that are pretty unknown, but have a lot in the works. They just agreed in principle with the producers of the Lego Movie to do a big budget movie and tv show, the ad director for DC Comics just jumped ship and went to REDG, and the marketing director for priceline just joined
    March 31 01:07 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Haha yea, I didn't even remember I had a twitter until I tried to create an account.
    March 29 12:45 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Making money has been real easy, but it does test your breakpoint. MINE was down 20% yesterday until the last 2 hours of trading, and then went green 30% -_-
    March 29 12:31 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe I'd follow him, and see if you feel more comfortable with taking his advice after you see what he's making, I did that for a bit. I don't really active trade, so I'm not in front of the computer too often either. If you get in, I'd go SPLI and MINE, cause resistance has already been tested. Shorts were trying to break below .30 on SPLI real hard yesterday but failed to do so and could only drive the price down a few cents. I'm almost sure it'll gap up 15-30% Monday.
    March 29 12:30 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe MINE is a beverage company with some cannabis ties, but they are doing really well right now as well. Amazon sold out of their cases in 2 days. They are currently going between .03 and .04, but have a price estimate of 1.6 in a year or so. Of course there are no guarantees, but all indicators show them as a success. SPLI and MINE are the main holds for Wolf and his investment partners.
    March 29 12:22 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe yea, SPLI and MINE. SPLI is a vaporizer company that has been in the vaporizer business for less than a year, and they are already operating in the black at 2 million revenue for a quarter, which is ridiculously good. That company is down at .30 right now, because a Seeking Alpha article misrepresented the company and caused it to tank a bit, but they retracted so it's going back up. Great position to get into right now. I bought in at .004 on that when Wolf first tweeted it.
    March 29 12:21 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe I've been trying to tell people about that Wolf guy since he's been a life changer for me, but no one else I know is really interested in stocks, so I've just been trying to spread my sources wherever I can.
    March 29 12:15 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Yea, I felt a bit silly just following some guy on twitter, but then I did some DD on the companies he was promoting, and they are real legit. He's real transparent too, so I feel better on dip days since my losses are nothing compared to his. Think I lost like 1k one day, and he lost like 150k and didn't sell, so I just said eh and stuck with it. I want to quit my job and just record music for the next year but I'm going to see if I can retire before I'm 27.
    March 29 12:11 PM
  • CoolCalmJoe Yea, penny stocks, all cannabis based. I just got into one position, redg that is a comic book company that has a movie in the making. I started with 10k and have made quite a bit just following WolfofWeedSt and PsychoonWallSt on twitter. They have a growing base of followers that are all becoming pretty wealthy together. My gains are pretty small compared to others though I started with much less capital.
    March 29 12:15 AM
  • Shimana nah they're two tracks posted on their bandcamp. they're more raw recordings rather than live actually. anyway, it's two 'early' tracks
    March 20 03:56 PM
  • Shimana Did you hear the two live strawbg songs?
    March 19 10:25 PM
  • Shimana It is a full album http://grooveshark.com/#!/album/Alcheringa The Dreaming/5577990
    March 19 02:48 PM
  • Shimana The music is great, but the lyrics make it sound generic.
    March 19 12:42 PM
  • Shimana Might want to check out History of... - Alcheringa; The Dreaming and My First Castle - Lost in Hyrule.
    March 18 06:18 PM
  • Atari Haha thank u sir :)
    February 27 07:55 PM
  • Atari i'm sure you could get contrib next time around but aight i hear you man. yeah, The Hotelier rule, better than captain, we're sinking prolly and i LOVED that album
    February 26 05:38 PM
  • Atari why don't you wanna review anymore man?
    February 26 02:30 PM
  • Shimana Not bad, but it didn't exactly capture my attention.
    February 22 03:02 PM
  • Kman418 s***
    February 17 03:21 AM
  • Kman418 do u seriously have option paralysis 5'd but the one tdep album that actually matters unrated
    February 17 03:08 AM

    January 26 12:44 PM
  • AtomicWaste Oh yes, I will be on that! I better not forget once the pre-sale is live.
    January 26 12:44 PM
  • AtomicWaste Fo sho, man. I actually picked up a sweet limited 4 LP collection including Chimp Spanner and Skyharbor during a record store day promotion. What's up?
    January 26 02:45 AM

  • fromtheinside http://plug.dj/hard-jammers/
    January 20 10:12 PM
  • Shimana Is it bad that I like the Nativ singles? They're very Dayshell-esque
    January 18 11:26 PM
  • Shimana oh and I guess I spelled their name wrong, it's midnight matinee
    January 18 12:09 PM
  • Shimana yea they would be hard to find, i think theyre probably disbanded by now. I just found them on lastfm. Their album is called contrast in color
    January 18 11:16 AM
  • Shimana Check out Oh No, It's Birds (similar to TFOT), Midnight Manitee (jonny craig), Falling Closer (Envy on the coast).
    January 17 06:07 PM
  • Shimana they're the ones with that 30 min track right? thanks for the heads up, I'll check them out
    January 15 11:09 PM
  • Trebor. Yeah I have like super saiyan level empathy and self awareness which have only been detriments to me so far in life
    January 10 08:58 PM
  • Trebor. If I ever get that far I'm sure I'll be sure
    January 10 08:20 PM
  • Trebor. That's cool. idk was just wondering. Getting married is cool
    January 10 08:10 PM
  • Trebor. Dude you're married right?
    January 10 07:34 PM
  • SadAndHolyGlow Sure, we'll get over it haha. Just don't do again.
    January 5 01:07 PM
  • SadAndHolyGlow There you go again. Sometimes I think it's a shame how people act this way on the Internet :(

  • SadAndHolyGlow It seems like you were just out to be naughty on that one. Just express it appropriately. If we don't agree, that's cool. But we can just discuss it through more personal means. I shouldn't have to be called out on my opinion publicly like that.
    January 5 02:31 AM
  • SadAndHolyGlow Then why do it?
    January 5 02:06 AM
  • SadAndHolyGlow "I'm it on Monday".... I don't know what that means :/ And that's okay. Just please don't donut through a soundoff next time, because that makes you look like a very not nice person.
    January 5 01:40 AM
  • SadAndHolyGlow *that way to me
    January 5 01:28 AM
  • SadAndHolyGlow If you have a question for me, feel free to leave it in my shoutbox. I've always felt like anything Will Swan (or any DGD member touches) turns to pretentious mush. Combining the jazzy grooves with otherwise run-of-the-mill, over-produced post-hardcore just makes it seem like they're trying too hard to appeal to a higher, "smarter" crowd. That's just how I see it and it always has been that me to me. They're certainly talented, and it's not BAD. Just underwhelming for me.

  • Shimana sianvar released the stream of their new ep on absolutepunk i think, but it doesnt go on sale until jan 6 (bandcamp). Yea heard the amarionette album, pretty good!
    January 1 09:26 PM
  • Shimana liking sianvar? the rest of the songs are much better than the one single i heard beforehand
    January 1 02:09 PM
  • Cygnatti Probably. I've shown it around to quite a few people but no one is rating it!! x_x

    December 21 03:02 PM
  • Shimana It's probably at least a 3.5 for you, so i'd say so
    December 17 02:38 PM
  • Shimana heard the new city of ifa joint yet?
    December 17 01:31 PM
  • Shimana Also saw this curious message on Secret band's page, which means a DGD member said it: "The next dgd album will actually utilize tilian 100% better now that we know how to he sounds and what would be the most appropriate for him to sing over, definitely going ask for some more of his raspy belting from tides thrown in the mix" THAT would be more like it.
    December 12 09:55 AM
  • Shimana hah i sort of lost attention halfway through it, I suppose it take a while to get going for me. Not as good as HTS but def better than the new DGD songs and on par with new ALLB.
    December 12 09:47 AM
  • Shimana check out Jovian and screaming headless torsos if you want
    December 10 05:56 PM
  • Shimana So you're not feelin JMSN eh? Post-h recs: Everley (sim to Lower definition), Vela Ceras (mars volta/closure moscow), We were the fires of rome, city of ghosts, Elos Arma, mutevoice, satellites on parade.

    November 21 02:42 PM
  • Shimana JMSN, he sounds like timberlake. not saying the music is identical, but think timberlake weeknd.

  • Shimana do you like the JMSN record?
    November 19 11:51 PM
  • PunchforPunch sup dad
    November 19 03:40 PM
  • Decay has he got an album?
    November 16 04:05 PM
  • Decay Dude, that song was is beautiful http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PLBJEYVZwto :D
    November 16 03:54 PM
  • Shimana yea i hate bands like that. shame, they could have been a good alt to hail the sun or stolas
    November 14 06:37 PM
  • Shimana have you heard of Terra Alive? I can't really decide if they're good or not. Their music definitely has potential but I can't get over the vocals..
    November 14 11:11 AM
  • Departures lol well you were featured so who knows maybe this is the right path for you. Media Snobs is just another option in case you change your mind.
    November 9 12:31 AM
  • Shimana hah that's aite, i'll check it out anyway
    November 9 12:10 AM
  • Departures No problem!
    November 9 12:07 AM
  • Departures Yea unfortunately you would have to write exclusive content for us. So if you're not okay with writing something for us once every 2 weeks that you're not able to re-post on Sputnik then I guess Media Snobs is not yet for you.
    November 9 12:02 AM
  • Shimana never head of them, but now that I have, I'll have a look. SH2S was great
    November 8 11:39 PM
  • Shimana let me know if recs get annoying lol. You might like Fall of the Albatross. they're similar to fall of troy
    November 8 11:16 PM
  • Departures Indeed, interested?
    November 8 07:38 PM
  • Mad. It's mellow southern blues rock, basically a rockier version of his solo stuff. Year of the Knife is a 4.8/5 for me, I'd say start there. Not to be missed!
    November 8 01:30 PM
  • Mad. I'll do if I can but I'm writing another one currently. I want to get Dege some exposure as much as you thoughHave you heard Santeria? That's his original band and Year of the Knife is amazing
    November 8 02:55 AM
  • Departures http://mediasnobs.com/
    November 8 12:15 AM
  • Departures I read some of your reviews and you are decent. Are you interested in writing as Staff for a different site?
    November 7 10:28 PM
  • Shimana yea def more promising than the dgd and allb teasers. the actual single should be out in a few days
    November 7 04:21 PM
  • Shimana I suppose. It reminds me of when Jon mess occasionally does his thing in the background and in the end they don't even have lyrics for it hah.
    November 7 01:10 PM
  • Shimana Yea, and they're working on more. Interested in hearing an LP. Apparently they ARE storytellers under a new name lol. I didn't even realize, guess my spidey senses are on point!
    November 7 12:46 PM
  • Shimana have a look at Juneva. they're sort of like Storytellers
    November 5 06:09 PM
  • Shimana jan 5, 2014 apparently lol
    November 5 12:09 PM
  • Shimana hopefully sianvar makes up for the shortcomings of dgd and allb lol
    November 3 08:45 PM
  • Shimana yea the vocals weren't great and for what they seemed to be trying, their instrumentation wasn't very experimental, but they could have potential with better vocals. oh well.
    November 2 11:43 PM
  • Shimana check out apex of apathy and tell me what you think?
    November 2 02:49 PM
  • Trebor. yeah man their music was made for driving
    October 28 01:12 PM
  • Shimana Speaking of which, here's some you may or may not have heard: nice hooves - s/t, shining - blackjazz, apollo - we must be feeling..., native - orthodox
    October 27 08:36 PM
  • Atari I'm honored ;)
    October 26 09:53 PM
  • Shimana diggin the ongoing concept again, man that was an A rec lol. The chariot meets letlive and venetia fair
    October 26 08:51 PM
  • Shimana yea, a lot of the time the instrumentals aren't anything special, but i like how the guy uses his vocals. fun, straightforward listen
    October 23 04:25 PM
