He talks about depression, loneliness, abandonment, and just overall loss of hope; all of which are in one song (Bastard Child) but are also throughout the whole thing. Haven't really put cardio in at all tbh, so not sure what I'll do about that.

What have you found to be the most effective cutting technique for weights/cardio/diet?
