  • manosg This is a good point haha. I would love to learn if these guys are trolling people like me or actually believe that they are making music. Truth is I had years to listen to something as atrocious as this album haha.
    May 20 01:04 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 Have to admit, I was expecting a 2 from it myself. I need to check the Kimmel show they did, I've heard it's decent.
    May 20 09:27 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Yeah, I know what you mean. I haven't had much time to go on the computer lately, so I have a backlog of albums i need to check. haha I also listened to the new LP album though; really not that bad, surprisingly. Not good either, mind!
    May 19 03:16 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 Cheers bud! Nah, I don't think he does haha must be a coincidence! How's it going?
    May 19 02:26 PM

  • Flugmorph dude why are you not in our discord server btw
    May 8 04:38 PM
  • manosg Indeed, I wasn't very happy with the electro track on Distant Satellites. I will be content if there's at least some variety throughout the album. Not expecting a new A4 or Judgement, they're way past that but at least give us some variety, a sense of adventure. But I trust your opinion and especially when it comes to these guys so I'm feeling eager to check the album.
    May 6 11:17 AM
  • manosg Awesome, gonna check asap. It seems that these guys can do no wrong, with various degrees of success ofc.
    May 6 08:37 AM
  • manosg I found it more commercial and less adventurous, but at the same time more catchy. Can't say if I enjoyed it more or less but I certainly liked it more than I expected. I see you've rated the new Anathema! How does it sound?
    May 6 07:49 AM
  • Angelboros Hey, Havok Engine, what's this I'm hearing bout a new Diru song that was played live?
    May 5 04:19 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 Cheers budday.

    April 19 05:37 AM
  • manosg haha yeah, I wanted to like the album more given the style of music they play but it just let something to be desired; maybe a truly standout track. Let's hope they fix that on their debut LP.
    April 17 01:57 PM
  • AcmeApathyAmok Yeah, I had the Mode Of series downloaded but haven't watched them all until recently. Nothing short of amazing, especially Mode of Kisou which was my favorite of the three.
    April 17 01:54 PM
  • 50iL Ima hit up Soulseek, they're prob on there
    April 7 04:10 PM
  • 50iL He hasn't, but I've heard about them. I've wanted to download their discog for some time now.

    April 7 04:22 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Ahh got ya, I thought you meant you had em all up there for stream. Cheers for the DSS stream anyway.
    April 7 03:49 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 All three?only Dss streamed, the other two wouldn't? It's cool haha it was good enough for me like
    April 6 03:45 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 Was it? haha Well, cheers man. But yeah, I streamed that link for DSS that Calc sent us from the site; couldn't do it with the others though.
    April 6 04:58 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Oh, it was something else, dude! Calc gave me the other two, but they aren't stream and they won't play on my player....
    April 6 04:47 AM
  • manosg Not yet but it's definitely a priority. Been jamming the new Mastodon though and liking it even though I'm not a big fan of the band.
    March 31 03:33 PM
  • manosg Definitely. It's a shame that albums like this one or Thy Catafalque went unreviewed last year.
    March 19 02:21 PM
  • manosg Great choice, Evo! It's got those sincere '90s doom/gothic vibes we both love. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
    March 18 04:16 PM
  • manosg I admire your perseverance, Evo! Personally, I couldn't watch more than a few minutes. Just wish there was a clear/non-360 version somewhere on YT just to watch the collaboration with Anneke.
    March 13 01:08 PM
  • manosg Oh yeah, loooved listening to Anneke singing like that. There are also a couple of videos of the concert on YouTube but their quality is so poor which is a shame because the album sounds more like a gathering of friends rather than a typical concert.
    March 13 08:52 AM
  • manosg Haven't read the review yet but I'll let you know when I do. Have these guys released anything worth jamming?
    March 10 03:17 PM
  • manosg haha these guys a getting annihilated on here and the Greek edition of Metal Hammer gave them a rating of 7/10. Dunno what to think about it.
    March 10 02:51 PM
  • manosg lol curious to see what's your next rating
    March 10 02:21 PM
  • manosg Oh yeah, when you're in a fun cheesy mood Rhapsody is one of the better choices out there. Checked any great album lately, Evo?
    March 10 01:58 PM
  • manosg Hey Evo, how is everything? Have you checked An Evening with Friends at Huvila by Amorphis? Even though I'm not the biggest fan of their post-Tuonela stuff, I have it on replay the last few days.
    March 9 08:05 AM
  • Xenorazr Thanks, and I definitely intend to keep them coming in full supply!
    February 27 09:07 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 Thanks buddy!
    February 27 10:21 AM
  • danielcardoso Thanks man, lol yeah he has stuff coming out real soon :]

  • Gameofmetal Thanks!
    February 27 09:08 AM
  • Jasdevi087 where are teh ratings?
    February 23 10:31 PM
  • manosg Finally checked Thy Catafalque - Meta and it's excellent. So varied and with so many interesting moments but quite accessible at the same time.
    January 10 01:57 PM
  • RunOfTheMill Merry Christmas Evo
    December 25 12:21 PM
  • manosg Merry Christmas, Evo! All the best to you and your loved ones.
    December 25 10:32 AM
  • necropig Merry Christmas! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    December 25 06:59 AM
  • Flugmorph thx you glorious goth lover, same to you and heres for another great year on sputnik :)
    December 25 06:50 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Merry Christmas, mate. Have a good one!
    December 25 05:41 AM
  • manosg Right back at ya! Yeah I rarely find albums that transport me back to my teen days and TG25: Live at Doornroosje did exactly this. I'm eager to see where the band goes from there. Seeing your list, I really need to check Thy Catafalque and Emma Ruth Rundle. Only thing that bothers me with Thy Catafalque is the industrial tag. Are the industrial elements very evident on their album?
    December 20 08:00 AM
  • manosg I actually expected to enjoy it more than From Afar but I didn't. I'm quite new to Ensiferum though so my ratings may change. Have you checked Caladan Brood - Echoes of Battle? I listened to it a couple of times in 2013 when it came out and I'm jamming it now. I can't see it in your ratings so if you haven't already checked it, it's highly recommended.
    December 15 02:13 PM
  • manosg Yes, I can live with that a bit more. Dunno if you're into black metal but I've been jamming this album quite a bit lately. It was released in April and flew under the radar but I just love its atmosphere and the guitar playing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zp0ll6iuvSM
    November 28 03:57 PM
  • manosg I presume you say my soundoff for the new Volbeat lol. I found it okay instrumentally, but I felt that it was completely devoid of soul. To be completely honest though, I just heard the album once.
    November 28 03:28 PM
  • manosg Those damn falsettos are so ridiculous haha. I don't even know if the singer was trolling or doing those falsettos because he actually thought they were benefiting the music.
    November 28 02:12 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 Yeah, the one where he breaks down is just...ugh, the chills.
    November 18 01:22 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 I take it back, Tousei is probably fave from the album and it ****ing blew the set out of the water live; unbelievable.
    November 17 12:11 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 Can't really pick any tbh, it was damn near flawless.
    November 13 08:37 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Just watched Arche at Budokan last night; fantastic is a bit of an understatement.
    November 13 03:57 AM
  • DarkSideOfLucca you're my new favorite person
    November 7 12:38 PM
  • Angelboros You know, looking at the avgs, I have a feeling MDB's discography is fairly consistent. The vocalist also said somewhere that either Like Gods of the Sun or The Dreadful Hours is his favorite album, so I'll definitely put those somewhere on my extensive bucket list. Thing's gonna get torn apart sooner or later, I swear :P
    November 6 12:08 PM
  • Angelboros Indeed. Decided on giving that album a few listens before rating it, of course. Wondrous record, and one that has convinced me to check the band's other releases in due time.
    November 6 11:48 AM
  • manosg Indeed, Lake of Tears - Forever Autumn is also a great choice but I can't even remember the last time I listened to it. And I've yet to listen to A Crimson Cosmos by these guys.
    October 31 04:18 PM
  • manosg Same here. I've also heard Souvenirs d'un autre monde because it was in one of Keyblade's lists and it's pretty good too. The thing is, when I try to listen to something melancholic during fall, I always end up jamming the same stuff again and again. Theatre of Tragedy, Anathema, My Dying Bride, etc.
    October 31 03:50 PM
  • manosg Just two songs in and it's great. Very trippy and melancholic in a good way.
    October 31 03:40 PM
  • manosg Hey Evo! Actually no but thank you for reminding me. I will check it right now and even though I won't be able to jam it in its entirety, it will suffice for getting the feel of the album.
    October 31 03:24 PM
  • Mythodea Will do, thanks. (I admit it had flown over my head)
    October 5 04:01 PM
  • Mythodea Hi there, I've uploaded my review on the new Epica album on the Proofreading thread. Can you give it a shot and tell me if there's something wrong?
    October 5 03:21 PM
  • manosg hmm not an easy choice indeed. If I had to choose one, it would be the new Vektor, followed by Fates Warning. I actually think that the new Fates Warning is one of the best of their career.
    October 3 02:29 PM
  • manosg Sweet. Gonna jam Kodama as soon as possible. I've been intrigued by the cover art for quite some time. So many great albums this year!
    October 3 02:08 PM
  • manosg I enjoyed it a lot yeah. I see that you have rated the new Alcest. Is it a good starting point or should I check their discog chronologically? Also, if you have some time, try to check Limbonic Art. Their first two albums are pretty impressive.
    October 3 12:32 PM

  • Dis_Con_Nec_Ted Thanks man. Will be using those for better quality for sure.
    August 22 09:47 AM
  • Dis_Con_Nec_Ted Not exactly. Found the most recent live release in decent quality on youtube though hehe. Noticed the 4h live DSS as well. I imagine the Tour 14 Gauze is there too.
    August 22 08:13 AM
  • OmairSh Forced in a sense that it seems at times the band composed the chorus first, and decided to fill in the space with a couple of verses. I'm slowly digesting the album, but still it feels like a bit of a let down. I don't hear those extremely unusual song structures that Tom mentioned on fb. It feels pretty standard verse, chorus, bridge like to me. I also hate that they chose the same guy as Hymns to master it. It's too compressed, and the low end is almost absent.
    August 20 09:21 PM
  • OmairSh So I couldn't resist and got the new Evergrey. Listened to it around 3 times. Hasn't really left an impression apart from sounding formulaic and a bit forced. Passing Through is a belter of a track though. Amazing chorus
    August 19 07:14 PM
  • Flugmorph https://www.dubtrack.fm/join/sput get in
    August 18 07:48 AM
  • OmairSh Oh shiiit. Is it more adventurous than Hymns?

  • Angelboros I wouldn't be doing this if not for entertainment alongside Harambe and the Argonauts.
    August 5 04:39 PM

  • DrGonzo1937 I just downloaded the whole first mirror and it didn't work. :/ Downloaded the second mirror now, hopefully I get some joy.
    July 31 06:07 AM
  • Flugmorph New witherscape really has some opethian vibes or mikael has swano vibes idk ^^
    July 29 10:05 AM
  • manosg Yup. So, is the new Witherscape an improvement compared to the debut?
    July 27 10:24 AM
  • Flugmorph oh well. kinda like half the goth scene then hehe. the gathering, katatonia, anathema
    July 27 08:10 AM
  • Flugmorph the cleans not tho. they are ok i guess.

  • Flugmorph im gonna check nightingale next i guess. gothic metal from swanö sounds ****ing amazing
    July 27 07:51 AM
  • Flugmorph he has dem vocals and dem riffs man. so tasty
    July 27 07:50 AM
  • manosg Hey Evo! No, not yet but I've read good things and it's Dan Swano so it's gonna rule. I think that we (including me ofc) don't talk very often about how important Dan Swano has been for our music, for more that 20 years. To me, he's as important as say Mikael Akerfeldt.
    July 27 05:31 AM
  • Flugmorph To answer myself here. Ye it ****ing bangs indeed
    July 27 03:47 AM
  • Flugmorph new witherscape shall be good aye?

    July 4 09:13 AM
  • OmairSh Hopefully it'll be more risky than Hymns and a little less compressed. Need that first single to be released
    June 28 12:54 AM
  • OmairSh AAAAAAHHHHH!!!! Can't wait!!! https://www.facebook.com/Evergrey/videos/1194309053953974/
    June 23 06:12 PM
  • Flugmorph Last song is a total nightwish epic ripoff hahaha
    May 27 10:26 AM
  • Flugmorph feels more like Power metal with screamy vocals than mdm to me. But in the end many finish mdm bands are like that I guess. Thats why I could never really get into children of bodom, kalmah or norther.
    May 27 09:30 AM
  • Flugmorph It's to much dragonforce-like wankery in there to truly enjoy it atm.
    May 27 08:04 AM
  • Flugmorph Yo dawg. What do u think about the new whispered album? How does it compare to their last effort.
    May 26 01:22 PM
  • AnimalsAsSummit hell yes!!!! Album is too amazing, deserves every bit of attention it can get
    May 22 11:53 AM
  • manosg For what it's worth, I had a lot of second thoughts about my rating but I just went with how I felt ;)
    May 22 05:00 AM
  • manosg Oh man, I was about to write a soundoff in order to explain myself but I was so fed up after hearing the whole thing. Don't get me wrong, in terms of music the album is great but I just couldn't stand listening to grown men whining song after song after song. During the first 4-5 songs I enjoyed the album a lot but then it became just very linear, samey and whiny. I mean early Anathema was all about human pain and anguish... Universal felt like moaning and griping.
    May 22 04:59 AM
  • manosg For sure. And that lineup is dream. Listening to Andy LaRocque playing death metal is so awesome.
    May 19 07:52 AM
  • manosg Awesome! I was almost sure you'd enjoy it because of all the influences that Oceans of Slumber have incorporated to their music. I've been also jamming the new Vektor the last few days and it's seriously one of the best metal albums I've heard over the past years.
    May 7 07:31 AM
  • manosg Nice. Gonna give em a chance.
    April 28 03:07 PM
  • manosg For sure, repercussions might not be temporary but the way we feel about them might as well be ;) Played Skyrim too but didn't love it. Oblivion is on a whole another level though. I see you've rated Howls of Ebb. Never checked anything by them. Do you think their latest is a good starting point?
    April 28 02:26 PM
  • manosg Yeah, real life's hard some times. Whenever I'm down, I like to think that everything is temporary which might not say much when you're feeling down but it's true. Never played Dark Souls but I started playing Oblivion after many years and been really enjoying it. This year is solid in terms of new releases. New Rimfrost is some of the best Immortal worship I've listened and Ripper - Experiment of Existence is as good as modern death/thrash gets.
    April 28 02:00 PM
  • manosg They're a good choice for support given the music they play. You'll probably enjoy the album whenever you check it. How's everything?
    April 28 01:17 PM
  • Flugmorph EvoHavok,FlugmorphPercent Common Albums:23.08%Correlation:0.691
    April 15 01:35 PM
  • manosg Yeah, I saw your rating and a couple of other guys' and thought to give it a chance. Great album, with a lot of variation and emotion.
    April 7 05:15 AM
  • RunOfTheMill Yeah, it's one of my favourites from her. So far, I think TInderbox and Juju are def their best albums, but they have so many worthwhile tracks on other albums and b-sides.
    April 4 02:49 PM
  • RunOfTheMill Hmmm I've been checking them out constantly for the past 3-4 weeks, they have a lot of great songs and albums. Ever listen to Dazzle?
    April 4 11:36 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Yeah, agreed there. And cheers, we've always had the intention of having the art tell as much of the story as the song, so it's good to hear that it works. lol Like the wintery black metal albums, their artwork works so well with the songs.
    April 3 04:24 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 I didn't realise it painted a picture that strongly? haha
    April 3 03:51 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Yeah, always found that EP a little weak imo. Cheers dude! Means a lot.
    April 3 03:50 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 You digging the Six Ugly EP a lot these days?
    April 3 03:36 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 haha nice one. How you doing?
    April 2 03:36 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 Exactly hahaha
    April 2 02:17 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 I didn't realise you liked the page? Haha
    April 1 04:27 PM
  • DrGonzo1937 My band's second ep dropped today if you wanna check it out dude? https://deepsands.bandcamp.com/album/endless-reflection
    April 1 10:16 AM
  • RunOfTheMill Hey out of curiosity, how much Siouxsie have you listened to?
    April 1 09:20 AM
  • Sinternet yeah it was pretty dope, kinda given me the enthusiasm to check out some Buck-Tick stuff considering I've always ignored them a little
    March 25 08:10 PM
  • manosg For sure haha. That Necrophobic album is awesome as well.
    March 22 02:56 AM
  • manosg To be honest, it felt like Anneke is wasting her potential singing this kind of music. She's like extra-constrained and that really bothers me. The album isn't bad per se but my thought was that any other female vocalist could be in her place and the result would be as good. So the rating is the sum of my enjoyment of the album and frustration at the same time haha.
    March 21 04:23 PM
  • Angelboros Uroboros is one of my all-time favorite albums, so I'll have to check Nippon Budokan at some point; speaking of NB, there's the one for Dum Spiro Spero which is on my checklist, and Arche's will be out eventually. As far as other lives go, Tabula Rasa and It Withers and Withers will be up my alley :)
    March 15 11:37 AM
  • Angelboros Damn, man, nice!
    March 14 10:26 AM
  • Aberf Dude, I'd cry an ocean If I were to see Dir En Grey live.
    March 11 05:32 PM
  • Aberf Exactly. It was one of the best camera work out there for a concert. And it's actually funny how the crowd is pretty much in tears when they see their favorite band. Japanese crowd best crowd.
    March 11 09:43 AM
  • Aberf it's actually insane. The crowd is amazing as well.
    March 11 09:25 AM
  • Spacesh1p Will definitely do that. Always on the look out for death/black recs.
    March 8 03:28 PM
  • Spacesh1p That's me agreeing with you, to be clear, haha
    March 8 03:20 PM
  • Spacesh1p Hey if I can jam Greek BM I can jam Japanese rock lol.
    March 8 03:20 PM
  • Spacesh1p A lot more doom and drone influences, yeah, for sure. I didn't think it was what could be called J-rock. Still a fantastic band of course.
    March 8 03:12 PM
  • Spacesh1p Awesome, thanks. I'll let you know how it all goes. Been digging a lot of Boris lately which is not J-Rock as I understand it (could be wrong, I am extremely inexperienced with the genre) but has primed the pump a bit for Japanese music more generally.
    March 8 03:02 PM
  • Spacesh1p Sup Evo, wanted to ask you for a good place to start with DeG. I jammed GAUZE once and it didn't really click for me but they look like a sweet band so I'd love to explore them more.
    March 8 02:22 PM
  • manosg Glad you enjoyed Ravensire, man. You're the only one who's checked it haha.
    March 7 03:09 AM
  • manosg Definitely, Evo. Anneke's still got it and I'm surprised by her singing on classic stuff tbh. Is a reunion and a new album with her on vox too much to ask?
    March 6 02:54 PM
  • Angelboros Correct rating for Babymetal ;)
    March 5 09:01 PM
  • blatho blatho.

    February 12 03:42 PM
  • TalonsOfFire Cool, I was on there briefly today but no one I really knew was in there. I'll probably use it more now that I've discovered this replacement tho, since the original plug.dj site is gone.
    February 8 02:44 PM
  • TalonsOfFire I know right? My step-brother, who listens to all kinds of weird s*** played it for me in his car a few weeks back and I loved it, he showed me Ghost too last year.

  • RunOfTheMill Btw you seem to have a knack for gothic stuff, got any recs? My gf is really getting into it and admittedly a little has rubbed off on me
    February 4 08:19 PM
  • RunOfTheMill Had to be done man, couldn't bear the sight of that 4.3 :P
    February 4 08:12 PM
  • manosg Always a good thing. I've been jamming their whole discog lately as well. Not a bad album imo.
    February 3 03:13 PM
  • manosg ahaha! Two years late to the party but definitely a brilliant album. Great rating for At the Heart of Winter too. Have you checked Abbath's solo album by any chance?
    February 3 02:39 PM
  • Vorpax Yume Miru Uchuu tour is totally awesome, everything is perfect.
    January 31 05:34 PM
  • Angelboros Tour13 Ghoul and Dum Spiro Spero at Budokan are next on my long bucket list once I get back to something Diru-related ;)
    January 31 01:37 PM

    January 21 04:11 PM
  • AnimalsAsSummit its wonderful man, its amazing how cohesive yet varied it is. one of the best jrock albums ive heard
    January 19 01:40 PM

    January 13 06:05 AM
  • DrGonzo1937 I haven't watched them ones yet. One or two are fan club exclusives I think so are near impossible to track down and buy ha have you got a link for it so I can watch?
    January 11 02:58 PM
  • crossparallel Awesome! Should totally do something like that some day.
    January 7 03:44 PM
  • crossparallel Well I have a sorta love/hate thing with John Zorn's compositions, often falling on the side of hate, so no surprise Mr. Patton will be affected too. They are a perfect match though XD And both undeniably talented. And now I remember Calc recommended me to listen to Electric Masada, should get right to it.
    January 7 03:38 PM
  • crossparallel When I listen to stuff like this, I'm not so sure: youtu.be/qPsXRiV6yo4 If you could do all that... why would you do all that? Though it may not be showing off. It may be abstract art XD Anyway, Mr. Bungle is fun indeed.
    January 7 03:28 PM
  • crossparallel When even you agree, I should get used I guess XD It's not just that he's versatile though, right? He uses all the variation in the songs in a way that makes a whole lot of sense to me, to convey a certain emotion, he's not showing off. *cough*mikepatton*cough* (though I like some of his music)
    January 7 03:19 PM
  • crossparallel You know, Kyo was the vocalist that made me say "wow, those metal growls can be a real art". And since I wasn't really into metal before that, now I have real trouble getting into anything else, because I'm comparing every vocalist to Kyo - and they are hella boring.
    January 7 03:08 PM
  • crossparallel I had a really weird feeling when I was listening to them - like this should be right up my alley, but why can't I follow it? The live naturally corrects this, and Kyo's live performance just blows the studio one out of the water. And given how Kyo-centric these albums are, it makes all the difference in the world.
    January 7 03:00 PM
  • crossparallel I should do something similar soon. I've only heard Uroboros, Arche and Gauze. Didn't really like Gauze, though I recognize it's super influential. The thing with sukekiyo is that the melodies are kinda meandering, they seem to form a web around Kyo's vocals, as the focus should be on him and the scenes he's painting. I just don't feel there's any kind of focus in the CDs though.
    January 7 02:59 PM
  • crossparallel Sorry man, incidentally removed your shout. I know this sounds unfair, but how do you rate songs that have *a lot* of potential - just not realized in the CD? Anyway, I'm not aiming for any kind of objectivity - the ratings are my way of saying "I'm really digging this, people, check it out!"
    January 7 02:34 PM
  • crossparallel Hahah, I'm not sure that makes it a good introductory song anyway, most people aren't ready for B-T's brilliance ^^ I've actually wondered about this a lot. Two of my (girl) friends fell head over heels for the CT performance of Taiyou ni Korosareta. The "(girl)" part may have something to do with this, don't know XD
    January 3 10:51 AM
  • crossparallel Asylum Garden, yes, a thousand times. It's weird that the one song I'd show anyone if I was asked to explain what B-T is about is a B-side ^^
    January 3 10:38 AM
  • crossparallel And now I'm thinking it's such a pity that Sputnik doesn't allow for singles to be added. No way to show my adoration for Gessekai, Miu and Kagerou. And what about the perfection that are Bran-New Lover's B-sides?
    January 3 10:31 AM
  • crossparallel Well thank you for provoking the completist in me. Now I've added At the Night Side, Tour2014 AwA and of course Climax Together ^^ That last one is legendary. But Diana is just a perfect show. I heard somewhere, no official source so I guess we'll never know for sure, that Sakurai was sick and had a fever when they recorded that - but still he went and sung and acted the hell out of it.
    January 3 10:29 AM
  • Vorpax j-rock fairy godmother *blush* Now let me check those snatches
    January 1 08:00 PM
  • crossparallel Hahah, yes. She's our j-rock fairy godmother.
    January 1 06:36 PM
  • crossparallel As far as I understand they should get renewed monthly for power users (I'll get there after I upload 2 more torrents). She's not a power user though... so, magic? XD Anyway, she's the one who invited me.
    January 1 06:28 PM
  • crossparallel Aw man, glad to see you registered! I had one invite left, but Vorpax is the one that pulls invites like a magician out of her sleeves. No idea how she does it XD
    January 1 06:20 PM
  • Vorpax forget it, I can see you in my invite tree
    January 1 05:39 PM
  • Vorpax Nope! Just make sure you follow the rules and keep up your ratio. What's your name there?
    January 1 05:39 PM
  • Vorpax Sent!
    January 1 05:33 PM
  • Vorpax Hi Evo, my fellow B-T fan and redditor! Give me your e-mail
    January 1 05:26 PM
  • crossparallel Nega to Poji, and maybe Cell later ^^
    January 1 03:06 PM
  • crossparallel Noisy be it! Think I'm in the mood. Thanks!
    January 1 02:54 PM
  • crossparallel Speaking of charming... I've been thinking I should listen to more Plastic Tree. Which album to give a go?
    January 1 02:47 PM
  • crossparallel It's not that I thought you wouldn't enjoy it, I was just very happy to see your rating, really felt like a surprise gift. *shrug* fangirl things XD
    January 1 02:30 PM
  • crossparallel Yay! You liked it! That's a surprise present if there is one. Happy New Year! With wishes for lots of great new music ahead.
    January 1 01:22 PM
  • Tunaboy45 Happy new year man! Hope you had a good nye and here's to a great 2016.
    January 1 08:16 AM
  • manosg Thanks Evo! Happy new year to you too! Yeah had a good albeit quiet new year's eve, just me and the girl. I really needed it after attending various dinners and stuff the previous days. How about you?
    January 1 06:34 AM
  • manosg Yeah had a really nice Christmas; lots of relatives, dinners and stuff. How about you, Evo? Regarding The Mortal, I checked the album in the previous week. Tbh, my first reaction was that it wasn't for me. But then I just got into it and felt like the album finished in zero time. It kinda has that special value to draw you in. Nevertheless, I need to keep listening. It felt a bit over dramatic at some points and the Japanese lyrics sound very exotic to me. Overall, very interesting though!
    December 27 07:38 AM
  • crossparallel And v-kei is another bubble, but at least it is different, that was such a mindblowing discovery to me. A friend of mine on the other hand is really into 80s kiwi rock, that's also amazing. And now I wonder how much great music there is out there I simply do not know.
