 | ReAnimator hey sorry, literally just saw your message about Nightmarer - I listened to the OG mix of Deformity Adrift before the rework and thought/still think it's excellent, truly modern DM, but it's very cool to hear it in the context of a spacious OSDM mix/production style; I think it really illuminates the continuity between the spirit of what we think of as OSDM and modern DM

 | AlexTM510 Since views his albums have been overstuffed and him just churning out the same thing over and over, and it works because he racks up the streams and makes more $$$. I also happen to like ambient minimal drone stuff so that?s also why I like it, I almost see drakes voice like a instrument on the album (though the auto tune and mixing is a bit awkward at times). All in all, enough to be intrigued by it, probably will listen a few times this summer and then never return to it

| AlexTM510 Sorry for the delayed reply, yea I can see everything you?re saying. I don?t think I was trying to come off defensive, rather providing a different outlook because I had a different experience with the album. It is a very flawed album still, and like you said it is monotonous in a way. But I also feel like that?s kind of the point. Although I think it?s his best work since nothing was the same I am fully aware that I am sitting in the minority court with this one.

 | iamSeraph Broadway. Listen again. And Again. And again. The songwriting is brilliant, varied and there are no two songs that sound exactly similar. We have harsh songs, ballads, pure rock tracks, classic post-hardcore stuff. Man. Please, please, please - give it another try. Be a "Guter". (German word for "good guy", lol)

 | totallyjake You wanted to know my opinion on Kitten's release. Well first off I just thought it tried to hard to get this 80s pop vibe like that of Olivia Newton-John but try to translate it into modern music and instrumentals. I also loved the song G# as a single and thought it was a spectacular song and really hoped that the rest of the album carried on with that sort of dream pop-ish atmospheric vibe but it just was a total let down.

 | Jom Yes, this is a known bug, and unfortunately it's not one that I can go in to fix since I don't code the site. However, if you do Person A and Person B for the band, that's usually the best thing to do. If an ampersand is required, then I can merge the pages. Whatever works for you is fine with me, cheers.

| DaveyBoy I think my review suggested that, if you read it through again. I even used such words. At the end of the day though, it was still an average release imo. They have potential. I think most of these electronicore bands do. But for differing reasons, diversity is tough for them. That and keeping focus. Its just part of the genre unfortunately.

| DaveyBoy I have what is basically a sound off in the comments section for the review which may answer your question. But in short, while I agree with the naysayers that they have dialed down the technicality, I still enjoy it so much. Its the type of music I like, I guess and the accent does things for me. Having said that, its a low 4. I recall thinking hard about a 3.5.
