 | xxm i'm with both you and ThroneOfAgony on the BSB to me they are the ultimite guilty pleasure and even though the music is utter crap the songs themselves are quite alright for Top 40 standards(even though that dosen't really say much considering that 99.99% of what's on the radio or popular is an utter disgrace to music as an art itself and as i said the music is utter crap.) and the boys can actually sing even though they cleary use vocal effects and as they you've got to have crap ever so often.

 | sublimefan1991 yo so as far as getting into coldplay goes, check out 'see you soon,' 'death and all his friends,' and 'politik.' that'll give you a pretty good representation of at least a few of the sounds they have going for them. they're seriously an amazing band if you give them a listen, but i def wouldn't start w/ mylo xyloto. it's early to say, but it's possibly my least fav by them so far. lemme know how those recs treated you.
