| AngelofDeath Simplicity goes a long way sometimes. I did a seafood boil today. Started with vegetable stock, chopped garlic, basil, and thyme, dried spices, red wine, and vegetable stock and then threw in red potatoes, white corn, Alaskan king crab legs, shrimp, and mussels. Good stuff.

I'm not a fan of Saturday nights because I have to get up for church Sunday mornings, plus I teach Sunday school every second week so I have to plan for that and on the other weeks I go to catechism (even though I'm technically too old to be there) so I have to do the lesson... Even my weekends are busy.
