| SadAndHolyGlow I listened to Bathory's "The Return..." and I kind of had mixed feelings about it. Bathory has never been one of the more interesting black metal bands to me, mostly because they are based almost entirely in thrash, which is not one of my favorite genres just due to its predictability. It was decent. 2.5/5 Some cool riffs, though. Thanks again for the rec!

 | ResidentNihilist Hey dude, I've been looking for an old album by a band whose name I've forgotten. All I remember was that the cover was of two huge mountains of skulls against a bright red background and the music sounded like Motorhead/Venom with really thin production. It was said that they were one of the first black/death metal bands to come out of Norway or Sweden. Do you have any ideas what the album is called and who the band are?
