Not sure if everyone's been seeing my reviews, I've been postin alot so just give a pos on this review if youve been following all my new reviews and stories. Also i'm not on staff here yet so don’t ask for bumps
Without further o’douls lets get right into the tracks by tracks by tracks review of the Shaun Mendez album Illuminate coming out later this year 2016! Also merry christmas from the whole black crudenza family and safe travels but im staying home.
First here’s some tracks by tracks about Shaun’s whole life backstory. He was born to the Mendes parents at the age of August 8th. (editor’s note: insert citation for wookipedia, delete this later*.)
Shawn later became a singer in Canada for business and pleasure to pursue his dreams of becoming a songer/singwriter.
So that’s a little bit of herstory for you time to get into the meat of the bones, you know what it is it’s the tracks review where I break down all the songs as only Black Crazandum can do.
*also look for a lemony snippets of a Korn review that I have coming in the future. It will be sublimely hidden in the review. Big cradenza fans will know how to spot it.
1. Ruin - Starts with a ⅘ blues riff reminiscent of blues giants Fleetwood mac, King of the blues. Pretty easy riff to do though, I did it on my guitar earlier and wasn’t impressed with myself. So this track gets a B minus. *only musicians will get that joke. Better when my friend plays this song
2. Mercy - Potentially a song about rape which is bold for a singer from the Disney Channel. The lyrics heavily imply that he enjoys it though. The music sounds just like Hozier if you listen to it with your eyes closed. The paino is a pretty instrument added to the song but Sean is a not a good paino player. 4 stars because Hozier is a good singer but maybe worst song on the album.
3. Treat You Better - This is Shaw’ns take on a Floater style rock song. Elementals of djent are present on the music and this is maybe a single I heard at a circle K. This being the only song on the album worthy of 4 stars does not meant you should listen to it. Just like Jonas Grumby, this song is a skipper.
4. Three Empty Words - Jason Marz does the backingground voices on this track because he inspired Shawn to right this song. Just because Shawn was insipid to right it though doesn’t mean that its good. It does, this song is awesome I’ve given it 3 gold stamps in private so on sput i’ll give it one thumbs up. 5. Don’t Be a Fool - Shawn’s irresistible yet juvenile charm lends an inherent quality of untainted naivety to a voice that is yet to be sullied by the fact that this is Korn’s greatest album since their duet of All in the Family with Fred durst life on stage and he wore that big pink coat coat and the crowd was like had no idea I’ve seen it on youtube will post the link the comments.
6. - 10. Tracks 6 through ten were all written by a guy named Harris so I skipped those because Im doing my famous sean mendez review. Paid 14 dolars for this album on itunes and deleted these tracks because I dont know who Harris is and the songs were awful. Aside from being just really good songs in general I would recommend only listening to these because theyre way better than Shawn’s songs who’s a horrible song righter.
11. Bad reputation - I have knew blueteeth earphones and they make a very loud cliking noise every time i press the lock screen on my iphone, plz tweet me or email me if you share this experience and no a way to disable this feather. Happy halloween from the Balk Adunzu family and staff.
12. Understand - Another song by Hozier that I’ll give one stars too. The song structure is very good, but the way song is structured leaves little to be desirée. On a lighter note I hate this song most of all. I deleted it with the Harris songs and made them into a nother playlist that I’ve been mosly listening to because those songs are way better.
In conclusion that’s my review I hope you liked it please leave a positive and any construction feedback would be appreciated. I believe my grammer has been improved significantly and I turned on spell check on notepad when I right my drafts.
