Review Summary: Tearing my hair out, what happened to this band. Getting worse at a geometric rate.
I have been on a rampage since sampling this album. Another lackluster attempt by Trapt to capture our hearts. Some one somewhere said that Trapt's DNA was short for Do Not Attempt, and we have to completely agree after attempting to listen to it.
This is Trapt's second attempt with it's new found style and it's still as uninspiring as 2013's "Reborn". Did they ever hear the phrase about not changing whatever ain't broken. They got it right with 2005's 'Someone in Control' and continued getting it right till they must have smoked the wrong joint in 2013.
Now it's 2016 and DNA seems to be even worse than reborn, is it possible to be Reborn and then go back to the womb for another extended stay? Trapt seems to have achieved that, not only is this record bad, it's the worst in their discography. Lazy singing, lazy song writing, and the instrumentation seems to have been a product of misfits, high school bands could have done better. Expected much more from a band that has been around 21 years, can't even find a track that we like. We should not waste more words on this. DO NOT ATTEMPT.
This ain't a review, it's a rant.
