I think their sound has definitely grown and changed a lot. Like you say, sounds like something that needs time to grow on someone. But since it's only my first listen, can't say a lot about it for the time being.

I guess I'm one of the few who liked the turn they took with Captiva. That album and this one have some great great songs.
