  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd Since I've never dealt with this situation before, I was a little surprised at how low energy you are when you restrict calories, so my thinking is that I'll eat normally on my long workout days (upper) and eat light on my short workout days (lower body) to achieve fastest/best results, but if you've come up with something better let me know. Haven't really put cardio in at all tbh, so not sure what I'll do about that.

  • GhostOfSarcasticBtrd Alright, since I finally stepped up and did a bulk (went from 165 lbs. last December to 215 now) I got a question for you, the master yo-yo'er of Sput. What have you found to be the most effective cutting technique for weights/cardio/diet? I bulked clean as hell so put on very little fat but still need to trim it up a bit, so I'm aiming to maintain all the muscle I've built despite the cut.
