Just thought I'd get this up before I go to work, will listen when I get back.

Not really into these guys but will give them a shot when I get home. Have to say track 1 and 4 have some pretty hilariously bad names.
| |
im liking this more than their last album so far
| |
entropica is an awesome song.
| |
Just listened to the whole thing.
I really enjoyed 4,9, and 10.
| |
this severely surpasses my expectations. better than Fear and probably The Funeral of God too.
| |
Good guitarwork but the vocals bother me.
| |
you people are retarded if you think this album tops their last one.
this is more like funeral of god. that's not a good thing. i so thought this band had returned to form...guess it was fleeting. clean vocals and Zao should never mix.
they should stuck with Albini for this album too...

you can rate news articles?
| |

| |
lol i'm confused :-|
| |
sorry but you have to be elite to rate news articles sorry :-/
| |
aww
| |
i have to say this album is pretty great i already got my pre order yesterday
| |
Ugh vocals sound like shit.
| |
just listened to this.
not bad. zao rarely disappoint.
| |
finished listening. definitely better than fear is what keeps us here. im prolly giving it 3.5 or 4
| |
whats wrong with the vocals scott especally sounds better than ever
| |
Ya know, I just don't get this band I guess. They sound so plain to me. They're not bad by any means, I just don't quite understand what makes them "great." I must be listening to the wrong songs/albums. Anyone recommend what would make me fall in love with them?
| |
The guys moustache is tripping me out.

best mustache ever
this album is as boring as anything zao's done in the past 10 years
@burnafterbreeding: get where fire & blood bring rest
| |
It's not terrible but it almost just feels like your in a room listening to a jam session. At least, with the bands I've been in I know guitars go off on these jam style riffs and run with it. This is kind of just a collection of those...pretty well shown in Human Cattle Masses Marching Forward.
| |
its not bad, i enjoyed what i heard (which was like the first 5 or 6 songs)
| |
Liberate Te Ex Inferis is the only Zao record i own and i don't listen to it nearly enough
| |
This is pretty good I guess.
| |
Not bad. It will probably grow on me.
And for me the order of Zao albums goes Funeral of God > Where Blood and Fire Bring Rest > Liberate Te Ex Inferis > Parade of Chaos/(Self-Titled) > All Else Failed > The Fear Is What Keeps Us Here > The Splinter Shards the Birth of Separation
| |
sounds good, getting this for sure
| |
Scott should start wearing a top hat and a monocle.
| |
hahaha seriously
