You beat me to it!!!
I love this song and I think it's far more what I wanted than Failed Transmissions (but I love that one too now). Joey sounds great. It's definitely still an odd-time song but it's not as busy as older works which is fine! That instrumental break is reminiscent of the one in Skysweeper and it's tasty as hell.
Even more excited now

"Screaming child is high on Ritalin, fucking his memories. Call it what you want to."

This is so great. But damn those time signatures are hard for me to keep up with at times. Which isn't a bad thing, just makes me feel inadequate haha.

Liked the first single, but definitely liking this one quite a bit more. Band is always pretty solid!
|
| |
I agree with the general consensus here, I liked this a lot more than the last single. When the band focuses on emotion and not just the impressive technicality, they do great lines (Peak and Valley Lines and Esophagus come to mind)

Pumped to listen when I'm back from work. I love everything these guys have ever done.
edit
nope
couldn't wait, listened and it's great.

Great song, as to be expected, from Icarus. Pumped for December 1st.
