Hey, maybe you all missed the little bullet point at the end of the instructions part on the thrice presale page. It reads:

- IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR CITY LISTED, PLEASE BE PATIENT. MORE DATES WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON!

So they will probably come to the east coast as well, and just haven't hammered out the dates yet.
