Gonna rule, and hopefully make up for the disappointment that was Black Lines.

I'm pretty excited for this. Also Black Lines is this band's best work besides A Lesson in Romantics.

Self Titled was this band's peak for me. Lessons was their second best.

The self titled would be third for me.

What's your second then?
My ranking = Self Titled > Lessons > Valdosta = Monsters in the Closet > Anywhere But Here > Tales Told By Dead Friends > Black Lines

Lessons>Black Lines>Mayday Parade>Tales> Monsters>Valdosta>Anywhere

That being said I dig pretty much all of this band's output.

Black Lines started at a 1.5 for me but it actually grew up to a 3 over time. Mayday Parade's self titled is honestly one of my favorite albums of all time, hard 5/5

I fucks hard with Oh Well, Oh Well. And Black Lines hooked me immediately. One of Them Will Destroy the Other is one of the best opening tracks on any of the band's records, and that's saying something considering pretty much all of their openers are fucking jams.

I don't like One of Them Will Destroy the Other that much. I like tracks like Look Up and See Infinity, Narrow, Hollow, All On Me, and Underneath the Tide

I absolutely adore the first six tracks of Black Lines. If they would've made those songs an EP it'd be the hardest 5 I've ever given something in my life.

Look Up and See Infinity I do have to admit though is in my top ten Mayday Parade songs

That song is dope. Have you ever seen them live?

Unfortunately no, I plan to change that in 2017 by seeing them live once I get the funds.

Lessons>S/T>Black Lines>Monsters>haven't heard the rest

Lessons is nearly a pop-punk classic

sempi, jam Valdosta and Anywhere, they both have some jams. Valdosta in particular has the song "Terrible Things" which is one of the best songs in Mayday's discog. Also "Amber Lynn" is pretty lit on that too.

I caught their set at Warped this year and fortunately they're coming back to my city on the Tales 10 Year Anniversary tour. They're great live.

Black Lines is easily their best since their first album. If anything is a disappointment it's your misguided opinions.

Black Lines was their best in a long time and a massive leap over Monsters which was fairly terrible. How people have BL so low in their rankings is beyond me.

this feels like a giant slap to the face of jason lancaster, who was involved in making this EP, but they can do whatever they want, I guess.
