It's his decision but it would be a huge shame. Definitely earned his retirement though, what a career.

To be fair, he's 74.
And he's put a lot of work in. I think it's justified.
|
| |
I would have loved to see him, but good for him, I hope he enjoys it
|
| |
Horace and Pete theme is so good
|
| |
saw him last week and he sounded incredible for his age. total legend.

Indeed. My dad used to play his songs all the time when I was a kid. I have mad respect for this guy. Wish him the best.

He doesn't work that hard though, the dude only has 13 solo albums, Buckehead did that in like a week.
|
| |
lol
|
| |
Ok, bye.
|
| |
Many of his works through Simon and Garfunkel I'd still consider among my favourites ever. As Tuna said, he's earnt it, and if the life isn't for him anymore then he's gifted us more than enough.
|
| |
Buckethead basically just wanks for like an album's worth x14 and releases that all in a week.
Paul Simon takes his time and releases passionate, well thought out albums with artistic integrity.
It's a shame this legend thinks this way, but as Tuna says, a retirement well earned.
|
| |
yeah but buckethead hasnt released a new album in 2 months, his career is basically dead and irrelevant
|
| |
He's on tour mate that's why he hasn't put anything out recently :]
|
| |
Impressively poignant reason for retiring.
|
| |
I thought it was extremely obvious that I was being sarcastic, but here we are.

"buckethead hasnt released a new album in 2 months, his career is basically dead and irrelevant"
