Solid song! Never got into these guys but I think I'll start.

I don't really like the song, still like Union of Crowns (although the production sucks major dick) and I can't really get into the last album they put out, although I love 'The Watcher'.

this band just does not want to reinvent or do anything new at all. three (looking like four now) albums of kinda retro melodic metalcore. they do it well enough but damn, they just refuse to expand at all

the harsh vocals were surprisingly one of the more interesting aspects though

Yeah that's what I think as well, they need to do something new... Their new music is pretty boring to me

With this album coming so quick I'm not sure what to expect. Runes was solid but these guys need to step out of the box a bit. They have too much talent vocal-wise to just play it safe all the time.

Pretty decent track. Not sure if it's just me, but I'm just glad to hear clean vocals that sound more subdued than constantly being belted.

As underwhelming as ever, I know it's only metalcore but come on. At least try something different, ditching their lead guitarist after TUOC was one of the biggest mistakes they've made. At least that guy wrote riffs that weren't total garbage.

These guys have some vocal talent, but the lazy instrumentals bring it down.

Couldn't get into their last album at all... but The Union of Crowns was excellent

This band still has not changed at all.

They lost their guitarist from union of crowns. He did a killer job on that record and their new guitarist, while more technically proficient, doesn't write memorable riffs or melodies.

This new song is good but far from the best in their catalog.

The Union of Crowns was an excellent album. Unfortunately since then they have lacked anything memorable.

oh and please for the love of god i wish they would learn that one of the biggest problems with their records is that they shove too much material in. it's always like 14 or 15 tracks running up to an hour when realistically their style would really benefit from a more concise runtime

Beautiful song. I agree that the production is a bit weird. Wish the leads were a bit louder for example. Anyway pretty standard, awesome BT song. Other than that, love these guys. Awesome discography with that mid 00's melodic metalcore feeling, solid-amazing stuff, great live band, good guys that seem to truly care about their fans. Also, don't try to hide their metalcore roots and the fact that this is exactly what they want to do. They're straight up metalcore and they own it. Respect for these guys

I loved "Union of Crowns" but "Runes" was way too long, slow, and straightforward. I like this song quite a bit! It's nice that they added a good dose of energy to it.
